Like a lot of the other reviews I’ve read I had the exact same problems and agree with feeling like I was discriminated upon because of having Medicaid!
The younger male dentist I saw didn’t even introduce himself or talk to me when he came into the room my first appointment which was for a cleaning and to look at a cracked tooth. He only spoke to the assistant.. I had to say hello and ask him his name to initiate a conversation and for him to acknowledge I was there. I made a second appointment because I had other concerns than the cracked tooth and he wouldn’t even come into the room at all to look at my teeth or talk to me. He sent the assistant back to tell me that he saw my x rays the first time and there was nothing to be done except fixing my cracked tooth which I disagreed with.
After leaving my new dentist this week I found out what he told me was FAR from the truth as I have several cavities that need to be worked on and pretty serious decay under an old filling that my new dentist could see immediately from the x rays and took care of it the very next day.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews but these issues definitely need to be addressed as I’m not the only person who has had problems receiving adequate care at this office.

Got me and my husband in for an emergency visit! We was just visiting my son out of state. Did what no other dentist would do for me. It was quick easy and nearly painless. He’s really good at his job one of the best I would gladly drive 8 hours just to see him if it’s needed. Thank you Larissa for helping us

Muy buena la atención de la que me hizo la limpieza muy amable y me explicó muy bien que hacer para mantener mis dientes y encías limpias,,,,, pero la que estaba en la recepción tenía muy mala actitud gracias a ella todos los demás que estaban esperando su cita se enteraron de mi nombre y en qué idioma quería llenar mis papeles para mi cita pues casi me grito !!!!!
