Amanda does such a great job on our teeth every time we come. Today she worked on my children’s teeth. She was great with the kids. Kept them calm and explained everything she was doing! Dr. Sheller always does what is best for the patient.

I went there for crown work. Everything was going smoothly. They made a mould of my tooth and I came back two weeks or so later to have it put on. Well it was not a good mould. Instead of redoing the mould, the young inexperienced dentist with the blond hair and holier than thou attitude forced it on my tooth. Needless to say it's hurt ever since then. I thought the sensitivity would go away after awhile, but fast forward 6 months later, it is still sensitive. I called and made an appointment to fix it, and everything went smoothly. Until.. they called me back and said my dental insurance had changed and they no longer accepted my insurance. I said that was okay, but I'm not going to be paying for anything anyway since it was your dentist mistake that we are trying to fix. So why would I have to pay for anything else. She said she was just relaying the message from her office manager. I asked to speak with her office manager then and the office manager refused to get on the phone with me. So this poor receptionist had to be the middle man between me and the horrible cowardly office manager. I asked her if I had to pay out of pocket, what could I possibly have to pay for?! She said other issues that could be involved. I'm only going there to have you guys fix your mistake?? There's no other issues other than that? Sooo be warned. They will try their hardest to double dip, and charge you for something that you do not need or asked for. The moment your insurance changes, treat you like vermin unworthy of stepping into their establishment. Even if it was their mistake. Also be warned. Don't let the young dentist work on your teeth.

This was my first time visiting Viewmont Family Dentistry and I was impressed the minute I walked through the door. The women in front were very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Scheller was extremely thorough and informative. The office is beautiful and the overall experience was pleasant. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office to call home.

I was in alot of pain and went in and seen Dr. Hamren and he was helpful. Worked me in at last minute and pulled some teeth and was very nice and professional. Staff was extremely nice and helpful and caring and made sure all my needs were met. Office was extremely clean and has really nice furniture to sit in. I loved this office and it will be where I go to for the rest of my dental needs in the future.

Everyone is so pleasant. My grandson had a cavity and they worked him in on the spot. The dentist was awesome great personality made my grandson feel comfortable. Best place to bring kids for sure.. Great job to all staff at Viewmont Dentistry...

Fantastic office! Wonderful staff! The dentist explained very clearly the problem that I had with my tooth and gave me all options. Was not hard at all to get an appointment. Did not feel pressured or pushed into fixing my tooth. They were actually in-network with my insurance, unlike many other dentist offices I called in the area. Thank you so much Dr. Scheller!! Will be recommending you to everyone!!

Dr. James Scheller and his team provide not only quality dental solutions, but offer the most professional and friendly environment of any dental office I have ever been to. Their approach is very positive which made any anxiety I had, prior to my initial visit, completely dissipate. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking quality dental care!
