Viewmont Family Dentistry

I was having problems with my last dentist so I deceived to switch to Viewmont Family Dentistry about a year ago and I haven’t been let down since!! The whole place is amazing, from the staff up front to the staff in the back! I would most definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a family dentist!!

Worst experience I have ever had! I came in with 2 broken teeth with major nerve pain! Dentist never even entered the room to speak with me or look at my mouth! He had his assistant do everything! Then tried to make me pay for X-rays that were never taken! Left with an antibiotic and no pain medicine! I went back in today to see if I could get something to keep the pain under control until seeing my surgeon next week! They left me waiting in the waiting room for a long time forgetting to even ask the doc if he could help me! They were not willing to help me! They were extremely rude! What ever happened to people caring about their patients? Or just being sensitive to someone’s pain!? If I didn’t know how to be loving and kind towards people especially those that are hurting, I wouldn’t work a job with the public! Down right worst treatment ever!

I was very impressed with Dr. Sevy at this office. I had some worries about my daughters teeth and I was concerned about future issues she might have because of the way her adult teeth were growing. Thankfully, Dr. Sevy took the time to look into my concerns and thoroughly explain what the issues were. He was able to calm all of my fears. He was very understanding and I was pleased with the way he treated me and my daughter.

Love this dentist, the best one I have ever taken my children to. Dr Scheller explains everything without me even asking, and I am a person who likes to ask medical professionals lots of questions. Very knowledgeable and capable, also kind staff. Thank you!

Dr Scheller and his staff are wonderful and I trust him with my entire family! I'm so thankful I found such an excellent dentist when I moved to Hickory four years ago. He is direct and sincere with his care and he never makes me feel guilty for not having perfect teeth the way some dentists do! I feel like he genuinely cares about me and my family. I have terrible teeth and have spent countless hours in various dentists' offices up down the east coast, so when I say that Dr Scheller is good at what he does, I know what I'm talking about. He may not be a "chit chat" kind of dentist, but he's kind and compassionate. I can certainly see this from the staff he employs, as well as how he treats me and my husband and my children. I would recommend Dr Scheller to anyone and know they were in the best of hands!

Nice, neat office with friendly staff. They are awesome at getting you in when you have a toothache as well. Dr Hamren is the best!!!!!!!!

My dentist was so gentle and polite. I would and have recommended this place to my friends!! She will be making an appointment this week!! I will also be switching my daughter to start coming here too. The entire staff are professional and very sweet!!

I’ve been going to Dr Scheller for years...he’s a down-to-Earth dentist who always explains what he’s doing, and I appreciate that. The staff is awesome as well. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a dentist in or around Hickory!!!

I not always have liked seeing a dentist, but the staff here makes me comfortable as possible. Thanks to them, my teeth are in the best shape I've seen them in years. Thank you Viewmont Family Dentistry!
