Very professional and kind! Maddie at the front desk is super amazing. The dental hygienist and dentist are both great.. Everyone was happy to be at work!! Definitely go here!!

After doing some research on local dentists and reading up on reviews, I made an appt her at viewmont family dentistry. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a looooong time, and knew I was goi to need a lot of work done in my mouth. I made an appt for them to just take a look in my mouth. The appt was at 8 o’clock. Three hours later, I had a cleaning and six fillings with a treatment plan on what else needed to be done. They made the time to get started on my teeth that day!! I was blown away and was moved to tears once the dentist and hygienist left the room. My dental health has been something I have worried about for years and I finally have some peace about it. This team was AWESOME!!

This was one of the best experience I ever had with a dentist I had a lot of bad teeth and they work with me talk to me like I was a real person explain different options made my feel very comfortable not like some dentist the whole staff was great highly recommend them

This dentist office was listed as being in network with our dental insurance . I didn't know what the problem was, may be it's Monday. The lady who answer the phone was rude. Instead of " Viewmont Family Dentist or Dr Scheller's office may I help you?" I got a "Hello, and pause, waiting for me to speak. She acted as if I was bothering her and taking up her precious time. She got irritated when I wanted to confirm that they did take my insurance. She treated me like an idiot and put me on hold. I hung up. I waited a bit and called back. May be it wasn't a good moment for her. This time I had the same unprofessional attitude on the phone. I didn't even make it that far to even make an appointment. This dentist got really good ratings but if I could just get pass the women who answers the phone maybe I can be seen by the dentist. I thought to myself, if they are like this on the phone, what will they be like in person.

Dr. Scheller is a knowledgeable and caring dentist. He always takes the time to explain what are my best options and what is the most cost effective. Amanda and Stephaine are both wonderful hygienist.

Doctor Scheller (the middle aged balding one) is a SAINT! I'm moving out of the Hickory area and needed to see a dentist as soon as ASAP as possible and heard fantastic things about Viewmont Family Dentistry. After contacting Dr. Scheller about my tooth problems and that I would be moving later this week, he managed to squeeze me in for a visit. He found the main problem (and pointed out a couple more that I didn't even know about,) explained what he was going to do now and what I would need to do later on, then fixed me up and sent me on my way! Definitely someone I would go back to see again! A 5 star dentist for sure!

The Duo of Dr. Hamren and Dr. Scheller rival that of Batman and Robin. This is a great office and the staff is very nice. I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Hamren has done 2 crowns for me and they look and work great!!!!

The Dr's and staff are the best. They always get people back really fast. The office is a little cold sometimes but they always have warm blankets! Just ask and they will give you one!
