The staff and service at Oak Ridge Dental Arts is wonderful. I came in with dental visit anxiety and can now say that with the help of the team, I no longer have that anxiety. Dr. Allred did an incredible job showing patience and understanding and really listening to my needs.
I have just this month completed my Invisalign treatment with fantastic results that I am very happy with. I would strongly recommend Oak Ridge Dental Arts in Huntersville to anyone I know, including family!

I just love this office!! Every single time I walk in I’m greeted with such warm smiles & it makes me feel genuinely cared for as a patient. From check-in to check-out they are awesome!! My hygienist Amanda was amazing!! My teeth have never felt cleaner & I had so much fun chatting with her throughout my appt. Dr. Kmetzsch is truly the best too!! And the office manager Tracy is the sweetest ever!! I can’t wait for my next appt. to see everyone again!! ☺️

Started at oak ridge dental Arts in Huntersville right before the pandemic. The office and all the staff have adapted readily to all the procedures to keep patients and staff safe. Every dental hygienist I’ve seen has been friendly, professional and very gentle in their thorough cleaning. Dr. Allred…is very thorough. Going to dentist here is stress-free!

Oak Ridge is one of the best dental offices anywhere around the Lake Norman area. Amanda is super sweet and helpful and won’t make you feel terrible if you aren’t the most “consistent” flosser in the world. Both Drs. Allred and Kmetzsch are very honest and straight forward and don’t exaggerate what you need just to make more money. It is definitely a relief to find a dental office with integrity.

Instead of removing the crown like I requested that I've had since 2008, since it was deteriorating and getting decay underneath a ridge aside the crowned tooth, you decided that was "too hard to do" even though they sell pliers for that purpose on Amazon, and I'm sure most dentists are able to take out old crowns quite easily. Instead, you gave me a root canal that hurt horribly for months afterwords. Guess you missed a nerve there. You didn't solve the problem. You did nothing to plug the root canal and further weakened my tooth's structure. Why did your dental assistant make me take my own X-rays with an x-ray gun, 10 times, repeatedly exposing my hands and arms in unsafe triangulation of the gun per the manufacturer s own website?

And hey guys definitely not the wrong office 🤣 I mean I bet you wish but not. Try improving with constructive criticism for your other customers.

A great experience from start to finish. When you walk in the door you feel very welcomed. Everyone is pleasant and friendly. The hygienist did an amazing job on my teeth and answered any questions I had throughout the appointment. I used to dread going to the dentist, but now i look forward to my appointments. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist office!

Chapel was the best dental assistant I’ve ever had on teeth cleaning. I would recommend oak ridge to anyone.

I had not been to a dentist in quite some time and my son was also going for the first time. We had a wonderful experience here at Oak Ridge. The staff are excellent and friendly and extremely accommodating and do not rush to get the job done. We were constantly asked if there was anything we needed and the procedures were done in a timely manner and they made you feel like you were the only patients in the office. Dr. Kmisch is the type of long term dentist I want my family to see. He is very professional and lays out options vs telling you this is what you "have to do." I would highly recommend him, his staff and this practice as a place to go for your dental care if you're in Huntersville or the greater Huntersville area. Happy to have my smile back too!

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and I’m so glad I found this place. Such a great practice with a fantastic team! Everyone is so nice and I’ve never felt judged or looked down upon (like I have at some other dental practices). Dr. Allred has a great sense of humor and bedside manner, Paige is super sweet and always has great advice on dental hygiene, Tracey is so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly...everyone is just so nice! And it’s pretty easy to get an appointment when needed. I recently had to have a tooth removed and I didn’t even hesitate to call them (like I may have in the past) and make an appointment to get it done because I know they take fantastic care of their patients. They got me in that week and I came out of it feeling pretty good about the whole experience (despite the tooth being utterly uncooperative during the removal process haha). I recently moved to south Charlotte and I happily make the drive to continue seeing them. Highly recommend!
