Best patient care and top notch customer service.
From start to finish they make you feel like they have known you forever. Dr. Matt was great, he's very thorough. I had to have a surface filling and he did the filling without numbing. I didn't fill a thing.. Very impressive!

Greatest experience ever at a dentist office. The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. I get really nervous when going to a dentist because of bad experience in the past. The Dentists ( Dr. Matt and Dr. Duncan) and staff put my fears to rest. I highly recommend!!!!

I had my first visit yesterday and I was very impressed. Dr. Rivera had the best bedside manner and was very thorough with me. The dental hygienist was amazing as well.
Savanna and Jackie love their job because you could definitely tell it.

I would like to give a shout out to the Kannapolis Family Dentistry team. From beginning to end, they have provided excellent customer service. They have a very modern and tech-savvy office environment. I would recommend this dentist office to my family and friends without hesitation.

In addition, the visit was fast and informative. Thanks to Jackie my hygienist, Matt my doctor, and Savannah and Sarah the nurses upfront. See you guys in December!

Originally I was trying to make appointment at a different dentistry but they weren’t able to see me until dec 8 even though it was consider emergency dental . Someone told me about this place and at first I was skeptical. I needed a tooth extraction and another tooth to be added on my partial . I really enjoy my vist ( I know at the dentist) . Tooth extraction was quick I was so nervous about that !
Katie is wonderful she did my X-rays . She is patience and explains everything and constantly checks if you are doing well . Rachel poke around in my mouth she was so gentle . On the other positive notes it doesn’t seem ridiculous expensive and the dentist Matt is nice and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable or judge on your teeth . In reality the whole stuff I came in contact were kind .

I have enjoyed my experiences with kannapolis family dentistry so far! The day of my appointment, I had a dental catastrophe between my front teeth. They fixed it that day! I was so relieved. The dentist is amazing and the staff is amazing as well! I was helped by Jayne, Jackie and Savannah. All wonderful 😊

As an adult, I am embarrassed by how I have kept my teeth. I have just started coming to this dentistry this year and everyone there has been so kind. They educated me on what I need to do on my end and how together we could get my mouth back on track for the long run. I appreciate the honesty they have given me. I highly recommend them.

I had to come in for an emergency visit. Savanna was able to get me scheduled quickly and Jayne and Dr. Matt Rivera came up with a treatment plan and immediately got to work. This was the most pleasant experience at a Dental Office that I have ever had.

The whole process was very easy. I love my smile and the entire staff is amazing. I was looking for a dentist practice that offers professional care and personal care and I found it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are literally life changing.

Everyone (nurses and doctor) were amazing! Very personable and just over all humbling. A great place ! Nurse savannah is just over the top amazing and Dr. matt as well! Looking forward to being there client and patient for a long time ❤️
