Haven't been to a dentist in a long time and embarrassed about it; however, had an emergency. I broke tooth and was in a LOT of pain because of infection. I contacted Kannapolis Family Dentistry online after an internet search and read their ratings. Filled out paperwork online, they ran my insurance and got me in quickly. Once there - I cannot express how nice the staff is. Dr. Rivera and his assistant Jayne are awesome. Every single step was explained. A plan was made and for my next appointment and care - insurance was run and I know what to expect. No financial surprises. I am so happy I am getting my dental issues addressed. I highly recommend this practice. And this is coming from someone who has procrastinated going to a dentist for a long time.
