The staff is always friendly and polite. They follow the current guidelines to keep you safe. They are very picky about the work done..and strive for it to be right and for you to be satisfied..and personally they did great !!

Staff were nice and helpful, dentist was gentle and believe he did the best he could at extracting a tooth today but the only issue is the fact that I work 12hr shifts and have three kids and don’t have time to lose because my mouth hurts so bad after numbness is gone, told me to call back if so but considering they are closed for the next three days after this occurred isn’t going to do me much good. I feel like it’s completely because we are in McDowell county where pain meds are an issue but not sure why I have to suffer and lose money and time for my kids because of the addicts. Also I made it a point to ask prior and he said of course, because who the heck doesn’t need at least two days worth of something better than Advil after a moller tooth extraction which was the very back one beside wher I just got my wisdom teeth pulled as well and broke into multiply pieces on way out. So he lied to my face and just basically made me feel like I was pill searching. Who the hell goes around getting teeth pulled for pills? I’m not even sure an addict would go that far.
