I went here with my son for the first time. They are super friendly and thorough! They made sure they explained everything and answered any questions I had.Also very kid friendly!! I wasn't expecting to walk out with a gift bag either and the fact that they added in sensitive gum toothpaste made my heart melt knowing they cared. Make sure to check them out!!

Dr Hall and his staff are wonderful. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. You really feel like family. Dr Hall has a very gentle touch and is so kind and patient. When all the other practices in the area couldn't fit me in until 2+ months out for tooth pain, Marion Family Dental found a spot for me the following week.
The office is very clean, calming, and looks recently renovated. I was brought in on time and seen within a few minutes of sitting in the exam chair, something I've never experienced at other dental practices which always seem to make you wait 30+ minutes in the room.
My provider was friendly, thorough, and eased my concerns. (I always assume/prepare for the worst when it comes to dental work). Staff is very welcoming and eager to answer any questions you may have. They work hard to find an appointment time that works for you and they're very up-front about costs as well as what your insurance may/may not pay.
The TV screens on the ceiling above the exam chairs are a nice touch that I'm surprised I haven't seen elsewhere. It's a bit of a drive for me but I look forward to making Marion Family Dental my go-to office now that I have insurance.

I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist they went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and didn’t start anything until they made sure I was numb and comfortable and even stopped to numb me more when I started hurting. I can honestly say they are amazing! Will be going back for all my dental work! Also prices are great wasn’t overcharged and they even did extra X-rays for free to make sure that they could see every angle!!

Even though it was a while before I had been to a dentist and was very nervous,, everyone was very welcoming. The new equipment x-rays etc was virtually painless. The doc gave me choices and advice on how we needed to proceed. All costs were discussed up front. This office is very patient friendly.

Never returns phone calls. I've called them twice and left a voicemail. Once was over a year ago, never returned. Called them again since they are one of the only ones in the area that take my insurance last week and still no return call. They have never picked up the phone when I call during working hours either. Don't know how you can have patients if you never talk to them.

Marion Family Dentistry is so good. They are compassionate and caring. They could have done like every other dentist to make me make an appointment only to make another appointment for actual treatment. They took the pain I was in and done everything they could to help me. This means a lot and I would recommend everyone make this their family dentist.
