If I could I would give no stars. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever taken my kids, they will not be returning. I told them not to do something and they did it anyways while my children were in the back and wanted me to pay for it. 6 months later they want me to pay a bill, they haven’t even billed the insurance correctly and I speak to the office manager and she tells me “the doctors go to school for x amount of time and they feel it’s best”. These are MY children. Especially after having a child pass away I’m super cautious about my children and when I say don’t do something I expect someone caring for my children not to do it! I seriously hope anyone who cares about their children consider a different office!

It's probably been over 10 years since my last visit to a dentist, so needless to say, I was a little nervous. I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist, the new patient paperwork was not overwhelming, and I was back in a chair by the time of my actual appointment. The staff/hygienist was very thorough and knowledgeable. The doctor was also thorough and informative, and assured me they could get me caught up with my dental care. Needless to say, this was a painless experience, and a reassuring, pleasant welcome back to dental care.

On our most recent visit, my 4 year old needed to have x-rays done as she hadn't had them yet. She was scared, and anxious, but Alisha Collins was so very patient with her, and after about 10 minutes was able to get them done. I cannot place a value on someone who takes the time and demonstrates the patience to treat my children like their own except to say we will definitely be back, and my son now has his first appointment with her too!

I'm disgusted with this place. I scheduled an apt. back in June and they had a waiting list until September. Well a week out they called to get our insurance, no problem. The problem was the lady on the phone. Absolutely rude. She was having phone connectivity issues where she couldn't hear me but I heard every word she was saying. Her tone was extremely condescending and to hit the nail on the head before she hangs up she says "I give up" in the most disrespectful way. I immediately called back and she magically heard me say "called the apt". Called another local place, apt next week and the lady was nice and magically could hear me fine.

Today I told them I didn't want a deep cleaning and that I just wanted to set up my 6 month cleaning appointment and they refused. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. It seems like they try to force unnecessary procedures on people.

Our whole family receives dental care here and every visit has been perfect! From quick check-in with practically no wait time to evaluation and treatment, they treat you like the only patient in the office. Everything is explained thoroughly and options are given. Estimates are pretty much exact and I've never had surprise charges at check-out. Dr. Wingler (adults) and Dr. Abernathy (children) and ALL of their staff are amazing! We will always come here for dental care.

My kids have been going here for awhile now and we have never had a problem until they wanted me to leave my 5 year old unattended in the waiting room while they worked on my 3 year old. Im not leaving either one of my kids and they didnt like that. The staffs Attitudes were unbelievable! I will find a dentist that actually cares.

Poor policies on sick children! I assume you are suppose to be telepathic and just know that you need to cancel the day before an appointment???? How do you expect a child with a UTI to be able to sit in a dentist chair when they are hurting???? Obviously we will be looking for another dentist ASAP!!! I wonder if they would be OK with me bringing a child with the Flu into the office...you know, so I dont get a note on my file for late cancellation!!!!
