So I not only had my filling come out, but it came put because of some decay underneath it!! I called and expected a delay in getting an appointment but I was seen the same day. From the start of the process of being a new patient, everything was fabulous. Treated with respect and the appointment was quick. I didn't even have time to sit in the waiting room! Dr. Mirchandani, Shan the dental hygienist and Sean (Shawn) were awesome. I was informed every step of the procedure and was made very comfortable!! Great service and pricing was very reasonable!

Dr. Scott and the whole team at Carolinas Dentist was awesome! They were so welcoming and made the whole visit easy. Dr. Scott made me feel right at home and was so kind and compassionate! I cannot recommend them enough!

Donna was the first to call me by my name and made me smile. She was very sweet understanding and professional. Then to meet the dentist Langley, he was so informative and listened to the issues I was having. I came to get one extraction and once he looked at the X-ray, he suggested 2. I am not from this area but I will definitely refer this office to anyone for dental help. I will be back for my follow up. Thanks again guys, you totally ROCK!!!

I am EXTREMELY happy and impressed with the service I received today. The customer service and attention received from the reception area was awesome. The facility was impeccable and the dental service and attention was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental care!

My cleaning was okay, hygienist provided great education on proper dental care. Just was not an enjoyable experience at all.

Today was day 6 of my Invisalign and most all of my bumpers had already come off. Shan was a lifesaver. She was so patient with me, as I have BAD anxiety at the dentist office, and took her time to make sure I was comfortable. Also, Dr. Mirchandani is the best. He also takes his time, explains everything and is very gentle with his work. I highly recommend this dentist and team.

I’ve lived in the Fayetteville/Raeford area for almost 30 years - I’ve been to a few dental offices throughout the years, & I’ve never been more pleased than I am with Carolinas Dentist in Raeford!!! Every person I encounter is professional, friendly, & great at what they do.
Please tell Imani that when I looked at my teeth last night after my cleaning, I immediately thought, “Holy Cow! She did a GREAT job!” I don’t think they’ve ever looked this good after a cleaning!!! 😆 My teeth literally shine!

The man at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, he was very inviting and pleasant (unfortunately I don't know his name).
Shari/Chari was extremely careless with patient's personal identifying information (PII) and seems to have NO regards for patient's HIPPA rights.
Shari was at the front desk on the phone discussing (very loudly) my member#, name, DOB, phone etc., I could hear her from the waiting area.
There were other patients at the front desk at the time. I brought this to her attention, she said "sorry" however, her "sorry" seemed to be said more out of annoyance and was flip in my opinion. Shari asked if I'd like someone else to assist me....the damage had already been done!
Shari's lack of respect for patients PII gave me an uneasy feeling, and her attitude, once being addressed about it made me feel like this was her common practice.
Giving personal information to a stranger is never easy, but when a "professional" doesn't seem to be properly trained and appears to get defensive once made aware of their actions gave me an extremely uneasy feeling about the Raeford location.

I would HIGHLY recommend this great staff here committed to ensuring the timeliness and professionalism in your dental needs. Savannah was a great dental hygienist that cleaned everything up!
