I was not looking forward to be going to the dentist. With that said.... Dr Langley is so awesome! He was so caring that I walked out loving Caroline's Dentist. The staff are amazing. Everyone at the front desk is great. My first visit I checked in with Jessica. She is not only professional she is caring and treats you like family.

1.Charged my account with a $50 rebooking fee when I had to quarantine with my son after being exposed to Covid. 2. The dentist said I had six cavities. Sounded odd. Got a second opinion. The other dentist said those were just shadows showing on x-ray. 3. Child cleaning at this facility is just giving your kid a toothbrush. Then CD charges your insurance for a full cleaning service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The best Dental Office I have been to in North Carolina. From the front desk receptionist to Dr Langley the Dentist. Everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. I was asked several times if I was comfortable and it made me feel cared for.Even getting my tooth extracted was easy. I will be a repeat customer for my dental care.
