I do not recommend this dentist office. Manager does not have the decency to get on the phone to speak to clients about their concerns - they could care less.
They schedule appointments for you 6 months in advance. They then call and text you to confirm. Well you would think that if you do not confirm, meaning they could not get a hold of me, that they will cancel the appointment. But no, they intentionally keep the appointment so that they can bill you $50 for not attending. I was out of the country for two months, therefore, not able to get in contact.
It was more disappointing when office manager did not even speak with me about the matter. I was told that the hygienist had to be paid and that is why they charge $50 for no show.

Ms Chelsea was a great person and took good care of my teeth, i hadn’t been in 2 years cause i was honestly scared to come to the dentist but she was gentle and explain everything in the best way possible so i could know exactly what was going on with my teeth.
