The team at Caring Smile is wonderful. I never wait for an appointment, everyone is efficient and friendly. I have been coming here since the practice first opened under Dr. Wenda - 12 years!I had a crown put on today...fits perfectly and was about as painless as it can be. Plus, they kept the atmosphere light. Dr. Neuman and Jessica occasionally break into song while they work. How sweet is that!

My hygienist Tamara is such a pleasure to see every 6 months. Every time I need to call for anything, receptionist Angela is always professional and gets all of your needs addressed. I was with practice when Dr. Wenda was dentist and was skeptical with the new ownership. Let me say, I am glad I hung in there for Dr. Neuman is an excellent dentist that cares about your needs! I am happy to be a patient here and recommend Caring Smile whenever I hear of someone needing or looking for a new dentist.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! The hygienist works with so much grace and loves what she does and it shows! I never feel rush by the dentist and I feel like she also takes her time to do a great job!

Caring Family Dentistry is awesome! Not only do they do a great job taking care of my teeth, they are such a friendly and welcoming staff that I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I really appreciate all of the staff! The environment is nice and clean and they even give me a blanket when I'm chilly.. Thanks guys..:-)

Showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment and got right in! Dr. Neuman and her entire staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The hygienists are very careful not to cause any discomfort or pain. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist!

We have been with this practice since it opened under Dr. Wenda. When Dr. Neuman bought out the practice we were pleasantly surprised that our dental hygienists, Tamara and Phyllis, stayed on with the new practice. I cannot say how happy our whole family has been! The whole crew here is friendly, knowledgable, and great at their jobs. Dr. Neuman does a great job of giving patients a long term treatment plan when needed, but never pushes just to sell you on new treatments or services you may not need. We have found Angela to be an excellent office manager and knows all the ins and outs of the health insurance world and billing. Phyllis and Tamara are fantastic hygienists and made it easy to ease our daughter into her first visit to the dentist a few years ago. Jessica is an awesome dental assistant and makes everyone feel welcome. A great location and a great team of people!

When I visited the office to make my first appointment, and at the appointment itself, every member of staff I interacted with went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and in safe hands. Everyone in the office is professional with a personal touch. The kids do not dread going in for cleaning as the hygienists make them very comfortable. Dr. Neuman's is efficient with appointments while finding time to make personable conversation. I have not had any problems making or changing appointments.
