Chrissy, my dental hygienist was very friendly, engaging and helpful, she definitely went the extra mile to make my experience a positive one. I enjoyed our interaction. The receptionist (sorry can’t remember her name) was very helpful and friendly. Her approach was very pleasant, it makes you feel very much welcomed. The doctor (and again I apologize, I am awful with names) was also very friendly, professional, helpful and took the time to explain things for me. Overall, a very positive experience and looking forward to return! (Now, who wishes to return to a dentist, right?) Well, their friendliness and smiley faces are contagious, they made me feel very comfortable through my visit.

I’ve been going to North Hills Dentistry since moving to the Raleigh area. It’s always been a great experience! I dread going to the dentist (like most people) but I feel very comfortable with Dr. Heberer and his staff. Everyone that I’ve interacted with has been so nice and have remembered things that we talked about at a previous appointment months prior. They run very efficiently and can get you in quickly if needed. I had my 6 month cleaning appointment on a Monday and they were able to fit me in the same week to get two fillings. Highly recommend North Hills Dentistry!!

I have been going to NH Dentistry for about a year and a half. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. They make me feel welcome and important, not just one of their many patients. Cleanings are gentle but thorough, and they work with my insurance to make it very affordable. Cannot recommend them enough

I can’t really say enough good things about North Hills and the staff here. I had never been before but I called one night after a piece of my tooth broke off. Not having insurance and it being near Christmas put some extra barriers in my way. After calling several places I called North Hills and was met with nothing but kindness and concern for my situation. I was able to book an appt at 6pm for 11am the next day. Not only did they work with me to pay but they got me in quick and got rid of my pain in less than 24 hours. Every staff member was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. A special thank you goes to Beth and the ladies up front. I greatly appreciate the kindness.

Check in staff friendly. Meredith, dental hygienist was very thorough, well versed in her expertise. Taught me a couple things about my teeth that I never knew. Dr Herberer was kind, professional and easy to talk to. For first time visit, no complaints here!

I know that not everyone loves the dentist, the way that I do, but I wanted to brag on the excellent work provided by North Hills Dentistry. Meredith, the dental hygienist, was so thorough, thoughtful, and terrific at explaining so much of the procedures she employed. She took the time to answer all my questions and I really appreciate that. I enjoyed meeting the doctor of dentistry, as well, and appreciated his candor and receptivity. Will definitely be back!

I'm new to NH Dentistry - have had two appts w/them including a crown and a general cleaning. In both cases the entire staff was very thorough, pleasant and capable ... and they seem to have the latest equipment & capabilities too. Happy I found them!

They even helped me find another office that's in my network after I saw them for a broken tooth. I had never needed any work done before, and I don't think I could have felt more comfortable.

Dr Heberer is very professional and has a gentle manner and technique. He is conscientious and pro-patient with services offered based on need only. Crissy the hygienist, performed one of the most thorough cleanings I’ve had. All the while being professional and very gentle . The front desk reception was friendly and welcoming and their office was very well organized and clean, Highly recommend this dentist and his staff!!!
