Best dentist office i have ever been to. The staff very nice and friendly. I have a fear of going to the dentist but Dr: Ahmed Metwally and all of the staff made me feel ease. If you are looking for a friendly and courteous staff this is the dentist to visit.

I highly recommend North Side Dental, Staff is amazing & Dr Ahmad is the Best, they really care about there patients the quality of service is nothing that I have ever experienced before, you know exactly what you will be charge before treatment . And the only do what is necessary. And there office is beautiful inside. Must come and check them out.

Me and my 3 boys go here and have been for about 4 or 5 years and love it! I won’t let anyone else touch my teeth but Dr.Powell and his team. I love the fact they have later hours as well for those that work regular 8-5 jobs. Both locations I have visited are clean and staff are friendly. My main location is falls of the Neuse and my experience is always great.

I recently had to have 4 extractions and two roots removed in order to prepare for dentures. I am a diabetic and Dr Powell took extra pecautions and prescribed me antibiotics.. That was three weeks ago and I have had no problems. I was able to go back to work and answer the phone on Monday. I have been going to Dr. Powell for three years and he is the absolute best! And are his staff! Especially Ariel - best ever always pleasant! So thankful for the work Dr. Powell has done.

The people definitely far exceeded my expectations. I've been to several dental offices in the Raleigh area and these people were not only professional but hospitable. The doctor did not venture into areas that exceed qualifications.
This place and people are definitely my kind of taste. I really can't say any more. They really took my breath away with the helpfulness. Cudos to all at the front desk and those who assisted the doctor and even Dr. Rahm. I didn't want to get into names because I don't want to do anyone a disservice. You guys "rock".

I went to this Dental Office with a friend. I decided to ask if they take my insurance, and they do, so I had an appointment made for myself, I'm glad I did! Everyone there is friendly, polite and courteous. The place is clean and comfortable. They were very thoroug with the dental work I had done. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I am very happy with the great service, and the great work that was done. They are the best! I thank everyone at North side Dental! I highly recommend them!

Not only were they able to see me but fix the problem!! The staff was so friendly and helpful, they made me feel comfortable as possible, even in an uncomfortable situation . The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. The facilities are very clean and relaxing. Dr. Powell is one of the best dentists in the area; He goes over and beyond to make sure his patients are comfortable and is highly skilled. We are lucky to have found him for my dad! This is by far the BEST dentist I have ever visited. I had an emergency and needed an extraction ASAP. They took me in right away. All the staff was extremely helpful and so kind I felt like I was with friends. They walked me through everything so I could understand exactly what needed to happen. Dr. Chris was so patient and kind with me during my extraction (because I was terrified) and he did an amazing job. Only two days out of surgery and I barely have pain. This will be my dentist for the rest of my time living in Raleigh and if I ever move I hope to move to a city where their other offices are located. They are even considerate of your realistic finances when explaining the thing you need. I love them! I actually can't wait to go back.
