I went to this office everything started really nice but once they had my insurance approved and committed they flip, girl I was working with very nonchalant because of that I ended up with crowns that were too short and when I said something the lady that spoke to me over the the phone said well it’s not in your smile and we are not concern with the cosmetics as I remembered. In my opinion now this is not a god office, I would not recommend my friends go to Reflection Dental brier creek.

I believe the conversation was “pay this amount and we’ll do your extraction”. You’re not really making your promise by sending a nasty cancel letter after you acknowledging my appointment by phone call. I would feel better if I hadn’t gotten a nasty cancel letter from yours truly in regards to a follow up appointment to correct your mistakes by charging me for my extraction and then canceling the appointment. Even after telling you I had no money for food you still wanted to argue over money. So I’m glad you got your $70 while I starved all week. If this is best practice then I will take my business elsewhere. I do hope that you’ll at least refund the money you charged me when you said that you we’re charging me for an extraction.
