Dr Matthews is a very warm and friendly and takes excellent care of her patients, they are also always on time and personable. I highly recommend! They take many dental insurances too and handle all those details for you, that is also incredibly useful!

Dr. Matthews and her team are amazing!!! My entire family is treated by Reflections Dental. The office staff at the front are very friendly and professional. The dental hygienist are very patient when working with my 7 year old daughter and help her to feel very comfortable. I would even say they make it fun! Dr. Matthews is wonderful. I feel she always has our best interest at heart. Love this team!!

Reflections has been our home for dental care since we moved to the area 5 years ago and we have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of their work and the level of attention they pay to us whether we are there for a filling or for a routine cleaning. Their focus always appears to be on our comfort and satisfaction at every step. We aren't the nervous type, but for anyone who has extra anxiety about visits to the dentist, Dr. Matthews are her staff definitely have the knowledge and temperament to talk through whatever concerns you have racing through your mind. Our experience has been so positive that we have chosen to remain with Reflections even after moving farther away to Apex. It's worth the extra drive time for us.

Just brought my 93 year old mother here to have 2 teeth pulled. Dr. Matthew's was absolutely wonderful and gentle with my mom.

Going to the dentist is my LEAST favorite thing to do. Especially since I have an old silver mine in my mouth which will require years of repairing. But Reflection Dental makes my visits bearable and comforting. I have several implants and every time I go back for another, the specialist cannot stop raving about what a great job Dr. Matthews did on my cap. Her work is top notched and her staff is amazing. You couldn't ask for a better dentist!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple of years so I was nervous before my appointment. Dr. Mathews and her staff were wonderful! They made me feel very comfortable and took there time and I wasn’t rushed through the appointment. They went over all of my treatment options and made sure all of my questions were answered. I never once felt pressured into a treatment and all of the information for any procedure was given to me up front including financial. I definitely recommend!!!

I've been with Reflections Dental for several years. Dr. Matthews and her staff are friendly and provide excellent service. They make me feel very comfortable. The office is always clean. When I visit I feel as if we're family.

I left my old dentist due to pain and sensitivity for months after 2 different filings. I have since had 4 filings with Dr. Matthews and no pain or sensitivity!! She is excellent! The staff here is so welcoming that my two little girls love going and my oldest even wants to be a dentist now! I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen, and have always received excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Matthews!!

There aren't enough stars to say how much I love the team at Reflections! I have been a patient for 10 years now. Prior to that I had a terrible experience with another dentist that left me petrified of going in for routine dental work. Dr. Matthews completely understood and she and the team have done everything to make the process as stress free and pain free as possible for me. She explains everything that is being done and makes sure I understand my treatment plans. Basically- Reflections Dental ROCKS! Go there, seriously..they're awesome! Thanks Guys! :-)

I recently began using Reflections Dental and have been very pleased with the staff. Although they are evidently a popular dentist clinic, they nevertheless accommodated my limited appointment availability. They x-rayed and cleaned my teeth quickly and thoroughly with equipment that felt more comfortable in my mouth than that of other dentists who I have visited. I especially enjoyed my conversation with the hygienist who was both very skilled and friendly.

I've been going to Reflections Dental for almost 2 years now and I have been extremely pleased with their work. Cleanings, fillings or crown work have been superb. Dr. Matthews and her staff are well-trained, very professional and excellent to interact with. I have absolutely no issues with any aspect of their business.
