I give 5 stars to Kendra at the front desk. Honestly, she is the one person who truly cares about the patients here. She has gone above and beyond with her customer service twice in helping me. I believe in customer service when talking to others and being helpful. She is the reason I have stayed at this practice. I hope that others will consider being kind and helpful to their patients just as she has been with myself and my children.

I've had a long standing fear of dentists due to a string of bad experiences in the past, but I feel 100% comfortable with this place. Dr. Arial and the assistance I met with are awesome and went out of their way to make me feel at ease. The wait time isn't long for an appointment and the front desk is super easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Courtney and Dr. Stansell are the best. My teeth are great due to their diligent cleaning and keeping a watchful eye over them. Thanks much.

I Love Stansell, I am always treated nicely and have been going here for years. I have mentioned my concern before and there was a brief improvement BUT it went back. There are a lot of beautiful young ladies that work here. Today as I was waiting to get called back a screen played introducing everyone and I did not notice any African American woman. Which reminded me “This place isnt very diverse” Representation is important, I can’t believe that out of all the women and times I’ve been to this office I’ve seen one black woman.

Allison the dental hygienist is always the best. The whole family asks for her when we make our appointments. Dr. Kat and Dr. Stansell are always very professional and courteous.

Very friendly & welcoming from my first phone call to walking in for my first appointment. They were on-time & professional throughout my visit and I liked that they followed stringent policies about Wearing face masks, taking temperature and avoiding contact & touch points...thank you, I felt as safe as we can be during these challenging times!

Very glad I came here. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years, my own irresponsibility. I knew I probably needed a lot of work. I expected some lecturing about my teeth, but there wasn't any. They were very professional and took care of me. They worked with me to get everything scheduled and knocked out as soon as possible. Deep cleaning, two crowns (in process) and fillings later and my smile is completely different. Hygienist Bryn and Dr Hoang are fantastic. A sincere Thank You to everyone there!

I just changed dentists and had a really great visit at Stansell Dentistry. The office is new and modern, the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Stansell spent a lot of time going over my x-rays and I was really happy overall with my experience.

When I lived in Raleigh, it was a half an hour bus ride, followed by twenty minutes with uber to get to these dentists for each appointment. It was always worth the commute. The staff is wonderful: friendly, knowledgeable and vivacious. The offices are beautiful and welcoming. One of my few regrets from moving is that I'll have to try and find a new dentist that can compare

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Stansell and her staff. After a previous bad experience with a different practice, I had some dental anxiety, but did extensive research to find a dental office as highly regarded as Dr. Stansell's.

The front desk staff is friendly, efficient with all insurance claims, and professional. The hygienists (Sara and Brittany in my appointments) are experienced, professional, and most importantly, VERY concerned with patient comfort! This includes gentle and meticulous work on your teeth, friendly conversation, the option of Netflix or Pandora during the appointments, and a hot towel after each appointment.

Dr. Stansell is incredibly personable, gets the work done as quickly as one could ask while doing a thorough job, ensures comfort, explains every step of what she's doing, and offered to give me any breaks I needed if I was uncomfortable or needed a breather at any point in time during procedures. (Which wasn't necessary because it was pain-free and quick, but nice to have the option.)

They offer promotions through Facebook and other online campaigns which are great additional incentives, and have a clean, modern, and inviting environment all around. I highly recommend to anyone in the area - especially anyone who may have had some anxiety about going to the dentist previously. Stansell Dentistry will clear that bad memory away and give you a nice goodie bag for the road! :)
