I am a new patient and just received my first cleaning today. I cam because of all the wonderful reviews online and my experience was wonderful! Carmen was great and the entire staff is extremely friendly. It's pretty awesome you can watch Netflix or listen to Pandora while you're getting your cleaning, but I opted out so I can't really attest to that experience. Carmen talked me through everything she was doing and made sure nothing was painful or uncomfortable. I also have a sensitive tooth and they gave me a desensitizing sealant free of charge and said that if it helps that they'll make it a part of every cleaning visit! I usually hate going to the dentist, but it was a very enjoyable experience. They also have a great referral program. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent experience at the Brier Creek location! Although I had a poor experience at the Falls of Neuse location, I was able to follow up with the owner and Office Manager. They ensured that my next appointment addressed all of the initial issues and concerns that I had. If I were choosing a dentist at this practice, I would choose one with experience, one that's thorough, knowledgeable, confident and one that listens to concerns and answers questions. At this time, I'm choosing to give the practice four stars. If I only would've had the experience at the Brier Creek location, I would've given the practice five stars and if I had only had the experience at the Falls of Neuse location, I would've given the practice one star. I would not want to downplay the initial experience I had, as I had to deal with the aftermath for two long weeks. I'm thankful that the practice listened to my concerns and fixed my issues. Thanks again!

Stansell Dentistry is the best.
I have been going to Dr. Stansell for 3 years after moving here and have never had anything but a great experience. The office is new with all modern equipment. The staff is excellent. Dr. Stansell is excellent. There isn't any higher praise I can give.
I have had many friends and co-workers come at my recommendation and we all agree.

We have been going to Stansell Dentistry for two years now and absolutely love them. Our 5 year old girl went here yesterday for her first visit ever, and although she was terrified to the point of tears, the team of people here got her to calm down and she finished the appointment with a big smile on her face. The hygienist (Carmen) let her touch every instrument she used, explained everything to her in kid friendly terms, and was awesome. Ella had xrays and a deep cleaning that included using the metal tool to scrap the plaque from her teeth (or as Carmen described, the tool was to "count" her teeth). Love, love, love Stansell Dentistry! It's wonderful to find a place so close to us for the whole family.
