Very bad customer service! called to make an appointment and they asked for my social security number, when in reality they are not supposed to ask for it bc of how risky it is! and when I nicely said I couldn't give her that number but I had my insurance plan number, she still insisted, and said that was their policy and that I could just go to another provider.
No wonder there's so much identity theft now days!

I was really amazed with the atmosphere during my first visit to SHELBY Dental. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel scared there as I always have been at dentist offices.
