Started going here earlier this year, and they have been absolutely terrific. Brenton Young is great. He was comforting and professional while answering all my questions and listening to my concerns. Plus, Raven (I hope that's how she spells it) was great in letting me know how much I need, when I need it, etc... Unlike other doctor appointments that I've been too.

I went for a tooth ache and to see about removal of a tooth. But what I was told I needed was totally different. They wanted to use all my insurance money for a cleaning 1st.

They seem to be discriminatory against medicaid patients, as they are not allowed to reschedule or cancel appointments. A policy that they donât even tell you upon making your first appointment. If there was such a policy, especially pertaining to Medicaid patients, they should be informed of this when they are making their first appointment, how can the just expect people to know this and then when life happens and they need to reschedule they are told, âoh its policy sorry you can never come here againâbut its a policy that none of the patients are ever aware of... But I am sure if I had regular insurance they would have rescheduled me no problem. But now since I am a single mother on medicaid and my childcare fell threw and I am ânot allowedâ to reschedule my appointment, that I am now banned from ever going here. Not only that but they have made it to where I can not even call them (blocked me, I guess), I was absolutely never rude once to them while the second lady I spoke with, who didnt give me a name, to try and reschedule for a later time actually hung up on me... like how unprofessional and rude. Honesty my whole experience with just the receptionist on the phones was horrible to the point where they legitimately made me cry. After reading some of these reviews it really does seem that they discriminate against you if you are low income and receive medicaid. How sad, especially when they are like the only clinic in the county to accept medicaid.

ment.Was requested to show up 20 minutes early to update...Did so and was finally accepted entrance at435...Was disappointed for the wait... However I was tested very well after the wait and received professional service and had a good experience...Vivid has made a mess of business as usual...
