Always a pleasure seeing my dental staff. From the warm welcoming eyes (since we’re still in masks)- to the personal greeting of my hygienist. She’s AMAZING!!! Remembering our simple conversations and sharing her life makes laying back getting your teeth scrubbed/cleaned more pleasant. Great experience from the moment you walk in the door. Beautiful facility, friendly receptionist, all hygienists are extremely nice and make you feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. They explain everything they’re doing every step of the way. Dr. Caple continues the excellent service, as well. Online appointment scheduling was a plus and extremely easy to navigate. My husband and I were seen at the same time, which made it a breeze. Highly recommend this dental office to everyone!

Had my first appointment with SDCC today and I couldn't be more pleased! I saw Jessica, Julie and Dr. Caple who all treated me with such kindness and attentive care. I felt like part of the family! I was telling people years ago about the awful experience I had here and not to choose this practice when it was Youngs and unfortunately my Disable elderly uncle insisted to continue to choose this practice and for over 20 years was a patient at this office. Last year he was told that they no longer could accept his medicaid he said ok and was willing to pay cash out of pocket $417.00 due to no other dental practices in this area was accepting new medicaid patiens. He went Feb 2022 with money in hand and was told oh know we can file your medicaid, six months later time for a check up he calls and they say oh we can't file and you can't pay out of pocket either. Its very sad when a practice builds a percentage of their wealth from medicaid patients and throw disable people out the back door like trash who unfortunately rely on their services. I'm saying please choose wisely when seeking a new dentist because clearly they aren't as loyal to there patients as the patients are to them.

I had extreme jaw pain that resulted in an emergency visit to come in and get checked out. I was extremely nervous as I have dental anxiety. Dr. Lackey was amazing! She took her time with me and really helped ease my fears. I am so thankful for her.
