Shelby Dental Care Center

This place is great only place I found in the area that accepts Medicaid . They have done a fantastic job even dispelling what another office claimed i needed . They have done a great job couldn't be more pleased highly recommend them

The team at Shelby Dental Care Center always take excellent care of me when I go in. Whether it is for a routine cleaning or dental procedure. Julie always greets me with a smile and is very eager to explain what they are doing and how I can take better care of my teeth.
Since I started using them, my wife says I smile more.

Good experience & beautiful office. I did have to wait longer than usual (30 mins) before the hygienist came in to clean my teeth. But the staff was very nice and professional!

I would give them a 0 if i could. My family been a patient here 10 years now same insurance. Now they text say time for cleaning for my daughter, i call and thwy refuse to schedule the appointment. Now 3 months of calling i have a dental emergency and they tell me sorry call daily at 6:30 am see if we can see you.the medicaid dentist here only sees patients on certain days. This is un acceptable. Bad enough my last cleaning was only 3 teeth and never could get the rest done. With nc medicaid and over 21 you can not go to health dept.the ER. Does not treat teeth and other offices are not accepting new patients. So here i am in so much pain and cant see a dr. Them my daughter has school and u still want me call at 630daily. Well people have a life just because we have state provided insurance does not mean we do not work. Before they moved buildings this problem did not exist and they say because of COVID. no it id because u want people with $$$ or charge to be treated first and the hell with everyone else. This needs to be brought to the public eye because i know i am not the only person with this issue. Like a dental emergency and you just do not care but told me if i pay by other means than medicaid you can schedule the appointments.

My experience at Shelby Dental was great. Dr. Cahill did an excellent job on my teeth. Im more than pleased! And everyone is very nice and helpful but very professional as well. I give them a 10!

Professional in every area, explain in details what your care plan is, and get you in the back just minutes after your appointment and have you out in a timely manner.

Very clean very friendly and professional. They are great with kids! My only disappointment and reason why I no longer be going here is because they constantly reschedule my kids appointments. They would give me an appointment and I already knew that once the date got closer they would be calling to reschedule.

Great covid protocol, and a very friendly and professional staff. They explain every step of the process from cleaning to dental work, you know what's going on. I jus had a great visit with GREAT results.

Loved this place, I had an amazing visit. All staff were super friendly, especially the hygienist and the dentist. My visit was very thorough and I felt at home/welcome. This will be my new Dentist office.

They’re very good with my 4 and 5 year old boys. I like how they talk them through the whole process. My boys love going there!
