The staff was very friendly but when it came time for me to get my teeth cleaned and other things. They didn't really have any respect towards me because it's been a long time since I have seen a dentist and they told me to be a tough girl. But my teeth are sensitive I can't help that.

They are so unorganized and unprofessional. Today was the icing on the cake of ending my relationship with them. The dentist is good but his front office is terrible. I live 1 hour and 22 minutes away and today was the SECOND time, I've come for no reason. The first, I got all the way up here and was told that they hadn't cleared with my insurance for the cleaning that I needed. Mind you, appointments are made well enough in advance to where that should've been clear before I made the drive...not when I got here, regardless of if I was local or not.
Today, I was EIGHT MINUTES LATE. They had the nerve to say I had to reschedule. Over 8 mins? The same amount of time at the very least that I have to wait before even being called back?! I will NEVER deal with them again. Save your time. There are other reputable dentists with professionalism around the area.

It has been awful, cancellation of appoints X2 @8am! I'm a social worker I can't keep pushing back appointments for them to cancel once I get their! The dentist for the 8am schedule is awful! He has also cleaned my Daughter teeth, she hated every moment of it! Looking for another dental association! In the past they have been great but this dentist reflect bad on this business

I was well informed about my upcoming treatment plan and Dr. Jackson took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the future treatments by answering all my questions and concerns. Not to mention the prices are affordable.. You can’t go wrong if you choose WDG they care about your needs and providing you with top of the line products to give you your smile and confidence back...
