Doesn't deserve 1 star. Staff needs customer service skills. A patient in pain should be allowed to ask questions without being disrespected, especially when expected to pay $1000 for work needed. Glad to be dismissed from this place. I ultimately found a more professional environment with cheaper prices.

I have to thank you. My kids are now obsessed with the dentist and love it, whereas before it was like dragging them through doors, bribing, pleading, enduring drama....🤣 They absolutely thought going into the van was the coolest thing ever. They did x-rays, cleaning, the works and didn't even care if I was next to them. Just ran off and did it at 3&5yo. Thank you so much. I'll be bringing all of my children to you!

I was seeking a new dentist for my son. The dentist seems to be reluctant to work with children. She recommended me to seek someone else for my 5 year old son because of the work he needed done. I believe that if you except children you should try to assist the patient before you recommend to someone else or increase the age of the patient that you prefer. I have sought another dentist.

Everyone in the clinic was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The dentist and dental assistant were nice and they eased all of my nervousness. The office is clean and they have a TV in every room!

I made an appointment for myself and I end up not getting any services because of my babies. I showed up 30 min early to find out I can't bring my babies inside. I have a 4-month-old baby girl and an 18 months baby girl. The one thing they didn't tell me on the phone when I have scheduled my appointment is to not bring kids. I have made a complaint so this does not happen to any other mothers. I know the struggle when you have kids and it's important to let a mother know so us mothers can try to work around our hectic schedule. I have made a complaint but I believe they're not going to bring it up to their upper. Good luck!
