The lady who is answering the phone is unprofessional and extremely rude. I have BCBS of Tennessee insurance and I asked her if I gave her my information if she could tell me what that would mean for me, since it would be considered out-of-network. She replied rudely to me “well we are working from home so there is no way for me to even tell you that” and began huffing and puffing.” I can’t believe that they have people like this answering their phones and treating people like this.

Dr Albertson is AMAZING! Scared of numbing? No need to be scared with DR Albertson. Never have I felt a stick and only once out of about 50 sticks felt a slight burn. He makes having major dental work seem like a cleaning. He and his staff are kind and dont judge. Thank you for all you have done for me .

Dentist is great and his assistant BUT STILL PROBLEMS WITH FRONT DESK. My receipt was just the amount period no details at all. called this AM waiting for a call back. Will see how long I have to wait to get a call back. Has not been good in the past for return calls. Also I think I was billed the wrong amount. But not sure nothing on my receipt

First of all what is point in setting an appointment if they do bother to honor it. I say there for 33 minutes waiting then they did not even apologize they tried to rush my child's appointment and did not perform all his services. So I had to make a second appointment and then I waited over 23 minutes with no one in the waiting room. this is ridiculous and horrible service. When I asked what the problem was they said she was running behind seriously. I will no longer go back. It is by far the worst office I have received faster service at the ER.

Absolutely love love love Dr. Albertson!! Never have I ever felt more comfortablele with a dentist. I needed lots of dental work done and Dr Albertson was great. Never once did he make me feel embarrassed or ashamed. Always make sure I am comfortable and always pain free. Explains everything in detail before he does anything and during the procedure.i would recommend him to eveyone i know. He is very professional and very thorough. Great work Dr. Albertson!!!

My Dentist was great but the billing is awful. No matter what is approved by insurance ahead of time or how much I pay ahead of time two to four months later I always get a bill. No other office have I had this happen at! Not recommended unless you have a LOT of money and don’t mind never knowing why the bill is SO hard to fully pay.

I’ve been costumer in Winston smiles dentistry for almost two years and all I can say is that I’m very happy that I found this place. All the staff has been kind and very professional. The facilities and equipment are a little bit old, but their service and attention are exceptional. It has a 5 solid stars in my opinion
