I called to ask if they accept Medicaid so myself and my other two children could become new patients there , the first time a lady name candy put me on hold and sent me to voicemail what she didn't know is that my youngest son is a patient there and I was going to schedule his appointment for him because they have been calling saying he's due for his visit I called back and someone else answered me and said that they only accept new patients who haven't used they Medicaid I feel like they give you the run around and they website should mention that it's unprofessional and rude and I will be looking for a new office for my myself and my children

Dr Miller is amazing he is the first one I have NEVER had any pain with. One time went in to have my tooth pulled I asked when was he going to pull but he already had. My daughter had a condition and after 5 all her teeth had to be pulled when new one where coming in. At first she was terrified. After it was done she chased him down the hall and gave him the biggest hug. All my friends and all their children went there mine is 21 now. You will never find another better dentist

I called today,to set up an appointment, for a serious oral infection. The receptionist answered and from the very beginning of the conversation she had a horrible attitude. We go through the process of making an appointment. During the process she discovered that i had previously been a patient there 4 years ago, (unbeknownst to me) and missed an appointment. I then remember that,at that time the office had contacted me to inform me that there was an issue with my coverage. The office asked me then if i wanted to keep the appointment. I declined, because i could not pay out of pocket. Now the receptionist says that will not schedule any appointment for me, because i missed the appointment FOUR years ago. If that their position, fine, but you really shouldn't turn away ANY patients in desperate need of attention.. Especially if its been years ago and you're not 100% correct in your assumptions of what took place back then. And with all this said my biggest qualm is with the completely unprofessional attitude the receptionist had from the moment she answered the phone. Your job is to speak to people with a courteous and professional tone. If you're unable to do so, you should find another job. Perhaps one where you don't deal with the public. If i could give my experience less than one star, i would.

He made sure that he gave enough time for the numbing to take effect on me and was very professional. I'm so happy that I found out about Winston Smiles! I hope I never have to go anywhere else! I had a tooth ache from a week ago and finally found this place that is opened on Saturday. I went there and filled out the paperwork. They brought me to the back. Dr. Albertson was so professional and had my tooth out in no time at all. Kudos to the staff at Winston Smiles Dentistry I myself highly recommend giving them a chance.

The staff was extremely nice. I called first thing Saturday morning with an emergency situation and they got me in immediately. When I got there, they got me in and extracted my tooth within an hour! Everything was quick and easy!
