I was very impressed with the reception that I received when I came through the door. The staff is very friendly and full of smiles. My assistant, I am sorry but I am horrible with names, was very welcoming. She was friendly and very professional. She explained everything that was going to happen and put me completely at ease. Dr. Wayment did a fabulous job with the root canal. Very fast and thorough. Dr. was also friendly and has a great handshake. I will go back again, (hopefully not with an abscess). A very good experience!

I was wowed!!! Everyone who I was in contact with at custom endodontics was 5 stars plus!!! Who could believe that a root canal could be anything other than painful and just plain unpleasant? I actually drove away from my appointment with a smile on my face. Thank You for a great experience in a difficult time!! Dr. Osmond, please commend your staff!! By far the best experience I’ve had in a dental office. I wish they did more than what they do because I would only go here. The difference from the prior dentist who attempted the root canal to this office is unreal. It’s clear this is what they do and they do it better than most.

Great team. Receptionist is always very patient and takes time to make sure all my concerns are addressed. The doctor was funny (which always helps) and very patient also, answered all my questions, he also foresaw an issue with another tooth so he took his time to discuss that as well. As I was planning on moving, he also helped to set up referrals, so the other tooth could be taken care of after I left.

This is a great team and they are more than willing to answer questions on your upcoming procedures and have been spot on with determining the cost, I have not had one surprise fee.
They do need to work on explaining to the client prior to the surgery day what to do next and what to expect after the procedures.
