Great experience all around. I had a 7 a.m. appointment and the check in clerk was very friendly and alert. Kaitlyn did a great job at making me feel comfortable during my teeth cleaning and Dr. Erhardt did the same. As someone who typically does not like dentist visits especially in the early morning I can say this was the best experience I have had. So glad I switched from my previous corporate dentist. Added bonus, my ex rays had not yet been emailed over from my previous provider and Kaitlyn offered to take X-rays free of charge. Will definitely stay with Prairie Rose!

Have taken my children to Dr Travis and I have seen Dr Carlson for years. Always had very good experiences with all the staff. Today, I had to bring in my 16-month old daughter and 3 year old son. I apologized, but everyone reassured me it was fine. My son sat with his older sister while she got her teeth cleaned and I had my youngest daughter on my lap. After a bit, she started to get ansy and the hygienist said she was good. My daughter started to get fussy so the hygienist went to grab a toothbrush for her to play with. When she got back, Dr Carlson brought in a ball for her to play with. I was beyond appreciative of their patience and understanding as well as going above and beyond to make my daughter and me feel at ease. Prairie Rose North is amazing and they reassured me today why I trust my family’s dental care needs with them.

Our 5 year old had a filling done today and it went super fast and great! Made her super comfortable and at ease. She sat so still and was patient, she enjoyed that they told her what they were going to use and let her feel how everything felt before using the tools on her too.
