We are not patients of this clinic but that didn’t stop them from seeing our six year old when he had an emergency and our dentist was unreachable. We went down the Google list, calling nine places total, some even in Bismarck, before being told that although they had a fully scheduled day, they were going to make room for him and get him in. The staff was super friendly and understanding that he was in pain. We were in and out in a very timely manner. Thanks so much for the help with our little guy! We appreciate you so much.

Had a wonderful experience today at Family Dental. Was a new client and was nervous about switching, but to my suprise I got a sweet and gentle handed hygienist who gave me a nice clean smile. She was also very informative and had great tips. Very welcoming and fun atmosphere. I highly recommend.

The only reason why I give them 2 stars is because they got me in right away. To much for one person. I got 8 teeth filled I got charged for 12. I also had a needle go into my nasal cavity trying to numb my upper mandible( kind of a brute). Meanwhile as the only (I would say doctor but can't) dentist with 3 other clients. Rush job. 5 months later reflects the quality of work performed. The last 2 didn't even go on the bill till the next day. I paid there then so much there. The fist billing statement reflected me not having insurance, but I did. Took awhile to get that one squared away. Big difference in price but I still ow for the next day service that I was not there for. Any discrepancy in what you have and what has been put in the computer in front of the receptionist don't mean much she don't know. Now it's been about 5 months my teeth are still sensitive and the original tooth that I went in complaining about broke off brushing my teeth lol. I gotta pay cash for now. I don't recommend.

Dr Dahl and his staff were wonderful. They were upfront about the price. I knew the cost before getting procedure. My bill was exactly as the estimate I was given. I was taken care of before and after the procedure. Thank you Family Dental!!

Broke temporary crown went to them they found cavity and didn't fix crown or cavity and sent me on my way without actually doing anything charged 80 dollars very unhappy with this dentist office will never return thanks for nothing
