The BEST dental office. Always helpful, polite and friendly. They LISTEN to me. The dentists and their staff have gone above and beyond for my family and I greatly appreciate that! I seriously dislike going to the dentist, but these guys make be dislike it a WHOLE LOT less! We have seen them both in Fargo and in Barnesville. Great service at both locations. Dr Mack is the best!!! My husband and I have been going to him for approximately 10 years now and he's the only dentist that we've both felt comfortable with. Prior to Dr Mack, we both had high anxiety when having to see a dentist due to horrible dental experiences when we were growing up. Now a visit to the dentist office is no big deal. Dr Mack comes up with a dental plan for you and lets you know what to expect financially also. As you go through each procedure, he explains to you what's going on and lets you know that you can stop the procedure and take a little break at any time if you're uncomfortable. It's embarrassing to admit, but I've actually nodded off during a few procedures. Coming from someone who's always had high anxiety from seeing a dentist, that should make you realize how comfortable Dr Mack makes everyone feel. Prior to seeing him, we hadn't been to a dentist for a few years. Not once did Dr Mack pass judgment on us or talk down to us for not taking care of our dental health for that amount of time. The hygienists have also been great - very professional and friendly! I would definitely recommend Dr Mack - especially to those who have had bad dental experiences in the past!!
