11 years is a long time to go without a dental visit, and I know it. But when I showed up in August 2021 there was no judgement for the gap, just "We're glad you chose us to get you back into a dental routine!" You don't hear that often, if at all. Immediately it made me comfortable. I didn't get sass for not flossing, just understanding and gentle encouragement to try to up the frequency.

They listened to my horrible experiences I had when I was younger, and commiserated that I had to go through that. Then I had probably the best cleaning I'd ever had. The hygienist was a gem. She was more than willing to explain her tools, what she was doing, and go slowly so I could get used to the feeling before getting down to it. If she hit a sensitive spot, she seemed to read my body language instantly and scoot over to a different spot to work before eventually getting back to the tough zone.

I went from having horrible dread while scheduling my first appointment, to happily booking my next 6 month cleaning on the spot. I thought I'd need sedation, but the environment and people made me comfortable and confident in them that I went without.

10/10 would highly recommend scheduling here. Whether you're transferring from a current dentist or starting fresh after a decade like me, you can't go wrong.

The Folks and Designer Smiles have always taken great care of me and my teeth. You are not just a number to them they care about you as a person as well as your dental health. I had a huge fear of the Dentist office and any visit to them. These folks have helped me walk through my fears and are we have built a great partnership as we work to keep my teeth and gums in tip top shape. They have given me back my smile and they helped me keep it. You couldn't find a better Dentistry team in this town to help you through your dental journey.

As a person who has issues going to the dentist, with a great deal of fear involved, I cannot recommend this dental clinic any higher. They are kind, patient, understanding, and never question your reality only work towards making sure you're comfortable.

Great friendly staff always ready to care for my dental needs. I have been going to Designer Smiles for 20 years and the main reason I do is they treat me well and on time. I highly recommend them. Great team.
