I go to Valley Dental to get my teeth done. I also bring my kids there (9,6,4) Dr. Smith did a great job with my Son. Truthfully, what I love more than the work that Dr. Eaton (my gosh, I will only go to Him :)) did in my mouth is the Man's humility.
In business it is not just about how good you are, but, how good are you as a person and with people. I had a few issues with my work, and, he was SWIFT in accommodating and rectifying. That for me is beyond how good the work is. And, he did a phenomenal job. He explained everything thoroughly and advised me. I will definitely keep going there and taking my kids there as well.
I will be going back soon to get my cleaning and I feel good.
The receptionist are always great with me. Never an issue and the dental assistant he had working with him was amazing.
Thank You Dr. Eaton, and it has been a few weeks and my teeth still feel great! Thank You so much. And, I can't recommend you enough :)

I recently had my teeth cleaned by Kayla and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. Kayla was extremely thorough in her cleaning, taking the time to explain each step of the process and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Not only did she leave my teeth looking and feeling amazing, but she also provided me with valuable information on how to better care for my teeth and gums at home. I just had my teeth cleaned and plan to get a partial very soon. The hygienist and staff are very.friendly and they make sure if you have questions they will try to answer them accurately. There was a bit of a mix up with who I was at first but it was cleared up. I would definitely recommend Valley Dental for your dental needs.

I hate the dentist after having nothing but terrible experiences during my round with orthodontic things. After avoiding the dentist for far too long, I needed a ton of work done on my teeth and Dr. Smith explained everything thoroughly and reassured me that I would not feel anything after saying “if it hurts I will not be back.” All the work done by her was incredible and she was true to her word - I felt nothing.
Fast forward to after I get all my dental work done, I was able to be seen 1 day after I called for an emergency visit and I found that I cracked my back tooth due to clenching my jaw in my sleep. Dr. Smith was again very gentle and explained all of my options that I had with insurance and out of pocket. Dr. Eaton ended up pulling my tooth after that’s what I decided to do and he also explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood. I was also able to be seen the day I called due to a possible dry socket and again, Dr. Eaton was amazing!
Definitely deserves 5 stars and will be transferring my daughters care here next time she’s due for a dentist visit.

The Doctors and the staff at Valley Dental are very professional and friendly. I have always dreaded having dental work done but since coming here, I am much more at ease and know it will be done quick and with high end experienced quality. I highly recommend!

Whether it is through a phone call or an in person visit, the staff here is always very friendly and welcoming. I appreciate their texts as a form of communication and appointment reminders. The staff does a great job at staying on top of their client’s charts and information- they always seem to remember not only the dental details of our past visits but different lifestyle things we previously talked about as well. I always leave feeling like I had a thorough cleaning, good tips and advice, and that I wasn’t pressured into any unnecessary work being done, like I have at previous places. I would highly recommend their services.

Valley Dental is AMAZING. After moving to the area and having a less than favorable experience with a different dentist, I went to Valley Dental and they were wonderful. Friendly, professional, and courteous. From the initial phone call they were nothing but honest and helpful, I have found a reliable trustworthy service in Valley Dental and couldn't be happier right now!!!

Valley Dental and staff are wonderful!! We came to Valley Dental for a tooth emergency and Dr Eaton came in on his day off to fix my daughter's teeth. The assistants and office staff are kind and friendly. I'd give 100 stars if I could!!

Valley Dental is easily the worst place I have ever been to. If I could give it a lower star rating I would. The staff is unprofessional (just look at their replies to any negative review, they are rude and unprofessional- and cannot admit blame.) and when I went there- Eaton messed up so badly I had to seek help elsewhere and ended up paying thousands for his screw up. I’ve also talked to co workers and friends who have had similar experiences and said they will never go back. Save yourself the pain, and money. please go LITERALLY anywhere else.
