I hadn't been to the dentist in way longer than I care to admit. I was nervous about going somewhere new, but from the very first phone call I knew I found a great place. Kim is so cheerful on the phone and in person, you can tell she loves her job. I was able to get in much quicker that the other dentist I tried in town (within a couple weeks compared to almost a year)! My hygienist was Brittney and she was so nice! Not once did I feel judged for waiting so long between trips to the dentist. Dr Scott Amundson was thorough and reassuring the whole time. I'm so glad I found Amundson Dental!

I just had the literal best experience at a dentist I could have. I had to have a crown put in, and Dr. Scott Amundson was so kind throughout the procedure. I was never afraid that I might end up hurting. He was attentive to ensure that I wasn’t uncomfortable. And the way he interacts with his staff is lovely to see. Unbelievably grateful that I have started going here and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Dr. Amundson is one of the best dentists I have been to for many years now. He has taken care of two of my dental crowns, and at each medical intervention I have felt no pain whatsoever. In addition the results are fantastic and long lasting. Couldn't be more pleased! Also the medical staff is very professional and friendly.

Kim was so kind to get me in at a moment's notice when a couple of my teeth were messed up. She got me in quickly to see Dr. Roger, but also the next day for an emergency root canal fix. Dr. Roger has always been so kind and he is an excellent dentist. Kim is one of the nicest receptionists I have ever met. Kristen, one of the staff assistants was also cheerful, kind and competent. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

The care I've received from Dr. Amundson has been exceptional. He and his team have helped me address all of my issues and improve the health of my teeth and gums considerably over the past few years. I recommend them often, as it's the best service I've experienced.

Excellent customer from the initial phone call to walking out the door. I was seen as a new patient for an unexpected issue even though I was also moving away the same week. I got fixed up with a filling to get me by until I relocate. I'm very appreciative of everyone in this office. Thank you!

Hands down the best service I have ever received from any dentist or medical provider of any kind! From the moment I called to set up an appointment till the moment I left every interaction was great. Kim had a great attitude on the phone and I could tell she truly wanted to get a chance to earn my business. She emailed me a reminder before and a thank you after as well. Right when I walked in the door, Kim was quick to welcome me and had a very positive and almost contagious attitude. She even came out from behind her desk to shake my hand an properly introduce herself. Bree did an excellent job through the entire process as well, explaining everything she was doing along the way and why she was doing it. She was very polite and caring and was able to keep as much of a conversation going as you can with someone getting there teeth cleaned, which really made the cleaning go by quickly. Dr. Amundson rounded out the experience with a quick visit and look over at the end and he was very interactive and continued to ask questions simply trying to get to know me and my concerns. He showed sincerity and a clear desire to build a relationship with me as a customer not just get in get out and take the check. I could just tell the entire staff was very customer/client focused and they simply wanted to do their best to do what was best for me as well as earn my trust, and they certainly did!

During my visit, I was helped by Kim, Rachael, and Dr. Amundson. They were all wonderful, caring people, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They had me in their office within an hour of me calling, and I received a temporary filling to even out the jagged edge of my chipped tooth and alleviate the pain in my tongue. Overall, the experience was one of the best I have had in the medical industry, and I highly recommend choosing Amundson for all your dental needs.
