Aspen Dental might get the job done but you feel like a number on the page and are worried about markups around every corner. Scheduling is also very sub par. I was scheduled for fillings on a day they didn’t take patients! As precaution I’d recommend asking for itemized bills and have them explain everything to you and what it’s purpose is.

Everyone was very friendly and caring. It all went smoothly from check in until I was done. I didn't have to wait for the dentist. He was pleasant, easy to talk to, very thorough and like the rest of the staff he wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. My experience was a 10 out of 10!!

One star is being too generous. I called ahead for an appointment, then when I got there they said their call center didn't know how things were and in fact they didn't have the staff for that opening. Talk about disorganized. Why did they offer an appointment that they cant fulfil? Why didn't they call later and tell me they couldn't make that appointment work. Simple they dont care, at best. Receptionists are also super rude. Would never recommend this place.

1 Star is too generous! I originally went in Aug with a molar that was having pain. The dentist told me I didn't need a root canal and he could do a "pulp cap" after having this pulp cap I was pain free for about 30 days b4 it started hurting again...I was told I had 15 teeth that needed work so I scheduled to have them fixed. During this 30 days I had a total of 13 teeth "fixed"...I told him that this molar was again bothering me so he reffered me off for a root canal, that I found out i should've had done in the first place and they have used up all my insurance on these other teeth so i had to pay 2100 out of pocket..after having the root canal the other teeth he had worked on began to hurt and have increased sensitivity i called and he attempted to fix these 2 teeth free of charge but as I type this they continue to hurt!! Found out another tooth has a pulp cap after I told him I don't want them. I have more pain in multiple teeth after going here than I did originally! AND NOW I STILL HAVE TO PAY TO FIX SOMETHING IVE ALREADY PAID TO FIX This place is either incompetent or running an insurance scam! Go elsewhere!

I was scheduled for an appointment and they called me to tell me they needed to reschedule because they are short staffed. Soonest the could get me was 3 weeks later! Finally I had it scheduled for 11am, the day came and I got a call saying I need to reschedule because I missed my appointment at 8am! My appointment was confirmed for 11am not 8am! Soonest they can get me in is again 3 weeks! This is getting ridiculous. I told them I had an issue that was bugging me when I went in for the first patient visit and they didn’t even do anything to fix the problem and now making me wait over two months with this problem!? They need to get me in soon or I will be going elsewhere and demand a full refund along with interest for holding on to my money for so long

They will consistently add unnecessary items to your bill. You need to ask “how much will this cost” for every item. Just a dishonest business. No other dentist operates like that.

Told me over the phone that it would be fine if I didn't verbally confirm an appointment. Then the next visit they called one time, did not leave a voicemail, and canceled the appointment, and did nothing to make it right when I came in for my, now cancelled, appointment.

Everyone I met at Aspen Dental was absolutely wonderful! All of them were kind, they were very good at explaining not only the process, but the results and how to improve my dental routine. It was honestly a great experience, and Moe, Kathy, Hailey, and Allison were all so helpful and amazing!

Great service and friendly staff. Unfortunately, I was told that my insurance was accepted at this location but after the exam, they told me that it wasn't accepted. I felt like I wasted my time.
