Dakota Dental Associates

Had multiple fillings a few years ago. It fell out. Was told the filling would last 10 years. Can't recommend due to simple fact the filling did not even last half that time.

I absolutely love the care I receive at Dakota Dental. The entire staff is welcoming, the facilities are well kept, and the equipment they use is modern and up to date.
When I recently got my teeth cleaned, the hygienist explained everything she was doing, showed me areas where my brushing could improve, and even gave me a detailed explanation of preventative care that fit MY lifestyle.
Whenever I have work done on my teeth (that isn't a routine cleaning) they always call the next day to make sure that I'm not having any discomfort and that there aren't any complications.
When visiting, they always provide you a detailed and accurate quote beforehand, explain your insurance coverage, and answer any other questions you may have.
From assistants to the actual doctors, the staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and customer oriented.

I've been going here for almost three years now and every visit is consistent.

They called to see if I could move my appointment up to 8:00 am, originally scheduled for 1:00 pm, because my hygienist was not able to be there that day I agreed to change but when I said I might be a few minutes late she was a bit miffed then I added it is almost 7:40 am now. So I got there at 8:00am and got in right away. This hygienist was as nice, competent and thorough as the one I usually see. I was glad to get in the same day as mu original appointment

We were 10 minutes late to her appointment but they were still nice to us even though I thought it was at 3:30 instead of 3:20. Brittney was extremely nice to my child (especially when she kept talking during the cleaning). I was glad she put a smile on my face and the lady at the desk that help me pay for her treatment was very nice as well. Great service, great people and I will miss you guys when we move. Will never forget our experience here and I appreciate the doctor as well, he was very nice to my child too when she was having trouble staying still lol. They listened to my concerns and made sure that was taken care of during her appointment. God bless.

Yesterday I had a crown put on At Dakota Dental. They were knowledgable, fast and friendly. They have some of the latest technology that speeds things along. My crown was 3D carved right there in house and only took about 15 minutes to be created. So cool.

One of the best dentists I have been to. Friendly and helpful staff as well as up to date equipment. Some dentists will try and push you into getting expensive procedures, but Dakota Dental has never once done that. If you are looking for a good dentist in the Grand Forks area they are my recommendation!

Such a great experience!! All of the staff from the minute you walk in, until you leave are so friendly and PROFESSIONAL! We have never been disappointed going to Dakota Dental! I can't say enough good about Dr Stevens. My husband goes to Dr. Bothun and he feels the same way! The Dentists and hygienists are the best around! I love the fact that they are up on the latest technology. They explain everything they are doing as they are doing it - very patient and caring. Thank you so much for always being the best!

My hygienist, Kate was amazing! She was super friendly and very gentle. I really appreciated that she explained everything she was doing. She made me very comfortable.

Friendly staff with state of the art equipment. The dentists and hygienists I've had at Dakota Dental have all been fantastic. They really take full advantage of their computer equipment in the rooms to show patients areas of their mouth that need extra attention. They're also doing a great job keeping patients and staff safe during the pandemic. I would highly recommend them to anyone living in Grand Forks!

It was my first time at this particular dentist, after having been somewhere else pretty much since 2004. I only had a cleaning, but I gotta say it was the most pleasant and comfortable scraping I'd ever had (really!). If I had any complaint it would be that even though I am in my 50s, I did not get a toy. I did get some floss, which I suppose could be toy-like depending how I use it. I know I scheduled with Dr. Cummings, who's awesome, but with the Covid precautions she honestly could have been anyone. It was probably her. I definitely plan to come back in 183 days.
