Excellent dental office!! The front desk staff greeted me with a friendly smile and the hygienist was very gentle and did an awesome job with my cleaning. The hygienist, Kylie, did not introduce herself, and after checking my
chart started right in working - It involved a tiny very sharp instrument
being inserted into my gums, front and back on each tooth. Fortunately,
I have some medical knowledge so I knew what she was doing, but not because she explained it to me. In addition, she was rough, and not once did she ask if I was OK or how I felt. In short, she treated me like a lab
specimen, not a human. I never want her to work on me again!
The Dentist, in stark contrast, sat down, looked me in the eye as we spoke,
and explained what was done, what it meant, what might happen, what would happen, what we could and couldn't do, answered my questions, and started to make a plan
for the future, in a personable, friendly manner. She was a pleasure to work with! Very impressed.
