Where to begin.
I sought orthodontic treatment with Prestwich orthodontics about 2 years ago after a horrific and traumatic experience at a corporate run dental office in Minot. I was in pain, traumatized, emotional and distressed when I walked into my appointment (which was urgently scheduled and accommodated next day) with my three kids in tote, to say EVERYTHING changed is an understatement. I was immediately met with compassion, care, love and understanding and not just for my dental care. I truly believe Dr. Prestwich and his entire office and staff care deeply about people and not just selling products or teeth. My treatment was completed a couple of months ago and I have moved out of state, but the care for me has not stopped, they continue to go above and beyond and show the same love, care and compassion that they show at your consultation even after your treatment is completed. I can’t say enough good things about this Dr. If you’re an adult seeking care or an adult seeking care for your child, this trustworthy orthodontist is your best and only option for dependable TRUE care.
The picture is of my sleeping baby on my chest while my two others sat next to me, and Dr. Prestwich didn’t even hesitate. What a sweet treasured picture.

Dr. Prestwich and his team are fantastic. I am actively doing Invisalign and it’s a much smoother journey than I anticipated. Everyone is professional, experienced and very pleasant to work with. The office is always doing something that is fun or beneficial for the community. I can’t recommend Dr. Prestwich enough.

Best orthodontist and staff ever. I commute from New Town ND (an hour and 10 min) for every appointment because of their work and how welcoming the staff is. They are so knowledgeable and accommodating, I love this place. Also their mini mint chapsticks are so cute. 10/10
