This is not a place to bring a child. The Dentist was very impatient with my 5 year old. He moved his head twice while the Dentist was counting his teeth so he could watch the cartoons they put on for him. Not an uncommon thing for a child to do. Instead of turning off the TV so my little guy could focus on being still, he just said he could not do the fillings and referred me to other doctors who were not in my network. Very poor bedside manner and very poor customer service

Talk about paineless dentistry! I feel so lucky that they opened a second location. Dr. Hylan is the best dentist in the world. He spends the time with you to explain everything that you need to know about your mouth! Any procedure that you have whether it is a cleaning or a crown he gives you the attention that you need! He put Veneers on my teeth and completely changed my smile! Thank you Dr. Hylan for all that you do!

Cleveland Smile Center is the best. My wife Tracy had extensive work done at Cleveland Smile and absolutely enjoyed going to the dentist and loved working with Dr. Gluck and his staff. When I decided to find a new dentist for myself I went today for the first time. ERIN did the best cleaning I've ever had and Dr. Glick laided out a treatment plan. Fully explaining it and going over the costs involved in a very non- pressure situation. I give Cleveland Smile Center a 5 plus star rating and did I mention that ERIN ROCKS!
