I've great and terrible dentists before, but Dr. Glick and his team at Cleveland Smile Center are top notch. They were exceptionally friendly, empathetic, and accommodating for an emergency root canal I had performed; Donna especially so made me feel especially welcomed and at ease. I went into the procedure with prior experience and without fear, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was a completely pain free procedure. The worst parts were the mild discomfort from the novacaine injections, and the mild soreness after it wore off, which was nothing compared to the pain I had before my appointment. I rode my bicycle 7 miles in the snow and ice to make it to that appointment and it was we worth getting soaked and freezing to get the treatment required to eliminate pain, allow me to sleep, and be well rested and effective at my job as a driver for the safety of other motorists.
I will also add the unique murals on the wall are really nice, and go a long way to make the facility more pleasant. There are a lot of small details in the facility, rooms, lobby, office, and even the bathroom, most people wouldn't notice that can make a big difference to patients of all ages.
10/10 I highly recommend even a long trip to this office.

The Cleveland Smile Center. The dentist is top notch, the staff is really great. I would like to say I look forward to my next visit, but, come on, it is the dentist. On that note, if you have to see a dentist, see this one.

Happy with our experience- both dental and customer service. I waited with three energetic little ones while my oldest was in her appointment and the staff was kind and understanding. The office was super clean and everyone was very friendly too! These seem like things you would expect at a dentist office but I really think they went above and beyond with making it a positive and uplifting atmosphere. I also appreciated the new patient paperwork being digital so you don’t have to print out a million forms. Everything is streamlined and easy! Highly recommend!

A cancellation policy is understandable, but when charged $85 per infraction, it is the business's responsibility to be accurate and equitable.

The entire staff of Cleveland Smiles Aurora are so kind and supportive. From the front desk staff Jessica and Donna, to Maddie the hygienist and Dr. Dan. That office is state of the art with the benefits of great technology. Each step of my visit was explained in detail. I even received a print out of my treatment plan. I will highly recommend to my family and friends.

I had a crown pop off on a cross country drive from the west coast. We got in late last night and this morning the wife found a close by dentist office, Cleveland Smile Center in Aurora. She called them and explained what we needed done. They gave us an appointment about an hour out. We arrived and were graciously greeted, did some quick easy paperwork on a tablet. Taken back to a chair were they took xrays to confirm I didn't have any underlying issues that could have caused problems later. Dr. Nate and his staff were very professional and proficient. Cemented the crown back on and sent me on my way.
I'm no stranger to Dentist as my wife has worked for several during her RDA days and I was very happy with the service and more importantly the people. They will be were I go for any future dental needs here in the area.
