I am new to the Cleveland Smile Center and have had two visits thus far. I am very impressed with the entire group. First, let me say that Dr. Dan is very personable and makes himself available when you need him. He makes you feel comfortable, listens and offers common sense solutions for any dental or orthodontia needs. Jess at the front desk is most excellent. She is very knowledgeable on insurance topics and ensures everyone is on the same page regarding expenses, timelines, and scheduling. Erin and Courtney put me at ease and made me feel like I had been a patient of the CSC for years despite having just met them. Overall, A+
2022 - Another 5 star review for CSC! I am taking advantage of the invisible aligners and am literally noticing a difference overnight. I am excited about the effectiveness and can't wait to see the final result!

An excellent home town dentist. My hygienist Erin was wonderful. This is not an assembly line like many offices have become. Rather, it’s a comfortable environment with a great staff who seem to really care about the patients experience. The Dr is kind, polite and makes sure to check in with you even when your visiting foe a cleaning. I highly recommend this office.

The Smile Center - Aurora staff (Dr. Glick, Jackie, Courtney, and the lady at the front desk - couldn't get her name) were AMAZING. I had been having severe tooth pain for about a week. From my initial phone call to me going in the office thinking they were going to perform an extraction (they ended up saying to save the tooth and performed a root canal) to working with an insurance issue on the spot and getting that rectified. I also had mild pain (took prescribed medicine and Ibuprofen immediately after procedure and iced the outside of my neck and face). The complete pain went away around 7pm, and it has been fine. Thank you so much, and I look forward to the rest of the procedures.

Nice from desk people very helpful. Most of dental assistants are nice. The dentist could be a little more tactful in how they treat patients. I’ve had better dentist who catered more to the patient. Making sure the patient is comfortable and in a atmosphere where they can receive excellent dental care with out making them feel bad is important. Please keep this in mind when seeing patients.

Everyone is always courtesy, smiling, and warm. I never liked going to the dentist but this team makes you feel very comfortable. Always explaining each step as he or she work in your mouth. Always making sure they are asking me how I feel and if there is anything they can do for me.
