The receptionist was very friendly and informative. The hygienist was friendly and the right amount of talkative. Jill continually asked me if I needed a rinse, etc to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Daniel Glick and Dr. Sam Glick both greeted me and were utmost professionals. Made the 6 month cleaning process easy. The TV with ESPN on to watch during the cleaning was awesome.

Erin is a great hygienist, and Dr. Glick and Courtney ensure that I understand the process of procedures, as well as make me feel comfortable. I love Cleveland Smile Center!
