First time I had been to a dentist in nearly 4 years. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Marie Simon herself is very personable, friendly, and explained every issue in an easy to understand yet comprehensive manner. Very satisfied, best experience I've had at a Dentist. And follow up appointments for treatment were scheduled less than a week after the initial examination!

Super easy to schedule with Dr. Simon. In one week I had my teeth cleaned and checked, 5 old fillings replaced and a new area filled. All the staff and Dr. Simon work well together and it’s not quite as scary because of it!

I unfortunately haven't taken the best care of my teeth when I was younger and woke up with a broken front tooth right at the gumline. I was treated with so much compassion from Dr. Simon and the entire staff. Dr. Simon fitted me for a partial and then fabricated a tooth for me so I walked out looking normal again. In addition to the Dr. I also dealt with Jackie, Stacy and in the past Lisa. I can't say enough about the care, kindness and compassion of them all. An experience that I will always be grateful for.

If there was an option for 20 stars that’s what I’d rate Dr. SImon’s practice. Never have I had an enjoyable experience at a dental appointment. Dr. Simon is the angel of dentistry. She took me in as a new patient in an emergency situation, moved around the schedule to accommodate my cracked filling/molar and could not have been kinder or more amazing through the entire appointment. The entire staff is so kind and makes you feel so at ease. Thank you, Dr. Simon ♥️

We were new to the area, my son was having some tooth pain after a filling from another dentist. The dentist here was amazing and didn’t even question him. He is currently on a pain free road. They so awesome here and I recommend them to everyone I speak to.

Wonderful staff. I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist. But the staff is so kind and considerate of your feelings. Dr. Marie Simon is kind and goes out of her way to make sure u get whatever u need. They also have a very clean and calm vide to the office. 5 stars for me I would pick this place over any others. I am new to the area and went in to see Dr. Simon after reading reviews and had received a mailer. I needed a general teeth cleaning and some X-Rays while after being told I have 4 cavaties which I haven't had any in over 25 years! . I felt like I didn't know what to believe and I did get the fillings reluctantly thinking they are experts? I paid for what they told me my out of pocket would be then two weeks later I get a bill for over $400.00. I feel as a new patient I was taken advantage of. How is it that my old dentist of 10 years wasn't finding all of these little cavaties?? Beware!

I’m extremely shocked at how I was lied to about the cost I would have to pay for my dental work. I used insurance and was told that I only had to pay for a little over one thousand dollars. I paid my bill in full and was assured that everything was taken care of. 2.5 months later I receive a Bill in the mail for another $1,000. I call and they tell me it was a mistake and that I should ignore it because my insurance company was still in the process of taking care of the charges. Another month goes by and I get another bill for $1,000. I call back and inquire about this again and they tell me they have to look into it and they will call me back. A few days go by and I hear nothing so I call again and they tell me that I do in fact owe another $1,000 and they they never guaranteed the amount that was my portion because it was an “estimate”. How is your estimate so far off?? Something seems very shady to me. I could barely afford the original amount being a single mom, but it was a Necessity. I dont know what I’m going to do. Then they had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to schedule another appointment. I can’t even afford the dental work from months ago, why would I rack up more debt?
