Dr. Gross and the entire staff were and have been absolutely amazing. I needed a root canal and in the past they have been awful and I came to the The Healthy Smile hoping for a better experience after reading the positive reviews. Dr. Gross and Doreen ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The compassion and empathy shown to me was incredible as well. Being an RN the patient experience is a priority to me and I would highly recommend Dr. Gross and everyone at The Healthy Smile! Thank you!

Dr. Jeffrey Gross and his staff are amazing. I had major concerns with my smile an unsure the best way for me to go about getting it fixed. Dr. Gross has many years of experience & teaches the procedure at Case Western Dental School & lectures on the subject. His experience made a difference in how well the dental implant procedure went. Iām not very fond of going to the dentist. From the second I walked in to the second I left was nothing but good things. I felt very comfortable! I had a root canal done within 40 minutes and it went so smooth. I felt no pain or discomfort. I highly recommend The Healthy Smile!! Awesome staff and awesome work!

After putting off finding a new dentist for an embarrassingly too long of time, I'm very happy I finally reached out to The Healthy Smile! Perfect location close to home and work with a nice sized office. Joyce at the front desk was wonderful, very quick with handling my insurance and easy scheduling around my work hours also. The assistant was super nice and made the X-rays fun (as much as they could be anyways.) I especially liked that the Dr. does a new patient's first cleaning. It's great getting to know the office and I am relieved my returning visits will be enjoyable. I'll recommend this office to anyone and have my fiancƩ make his next apt. here as well!

You can be assessed and fitted for Invisalign here for a fraction of the cost compared to an orthodontist, with a dentist who has over 15 years experience in fitting Invisalign and 40 years as a dentist!!
If you mail order, I believe the results aren't the same because dentist & orthodontists apply "dots" for precise pressure and proper movement and alignment.

Let me start by saying that I do not enjoy visiting the dentist, almost no one does. My most recent visit to The Healthy Smile in Bay Village however was a very different experience. From the second I walked I had a feeling that it was a different type of practice. For one, the woman at the front desk was extremely nice. She helped me fill out my forms correctly, and didn't try to sell me any extra "services" like most other dental offices I have been to. After a short wait, I was led in to a nice comfortable room, and the dentist arrived almost immediately. Not only did Dr. Morris explain in detail exactly what he was doing, and why, but he some how did it in a way that was not condescending. Both Dr. Morris and the dental assistant were both very considerate, and made me feel comfortable (Which is a first for me in a dental office). The procedure was quick, and Dr. Morris did a great job. The Healthy Smile is now my first choice when I have a tooth ache.
PS. Their blueberry impression goo tastes fantastic!

I recently had implant surgery for a molar on the top. I was nervous for the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was. My mouth was numbed on that side. Dr. Gross said he didnāt have to cut into my mouth because of the use of their 3D imaging. Dr. Gross was able to see exactly where he wanted to place the implant. So 12 minutes later the fixture was in place. I was given an x-ray to check the placement. It was perfectly in place and I was done with the first step. I took Advil twice that evening. That was it! It went so smooth, much easier than I had anticipated.
