Dr Petroff and her staff love what they do and it shows. They make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience.. The friendly, fun atmosphere will soon make you forget you are at the dentist.. Dr Petroff and her staff talk you through every procedure with clarity and confidence.. I finally found an awesome dentist that I trust for myself and my family.

They take great care of me whenever I come in and they know not only me but my entire family. Dr. Petroff always makes sure I understand any treatment and that I am comfortable. By far the best dentist that I have ever had!

Dr. Petroff has made my experiences at her office incredible. She is genuinely excited about being a dentist and it shows in her enthusiasm during your visit. She definitely takes pride in what she does and makes sure you are comfortable and informed through each process. Looking forward to visiting her for years to come.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Heather Petroff! I am not one to write reviews but this is a well deserved review. I was beyond impressed with the care I received at Dr. Petroff's office...her and her staff went above and beyond the 'standard of care" to ensure I received the best possible treatment. I had a difficult time finding a dentist here in OH as I am from out-of-state...after a couple failed attempts...I am thrilled to have finally found an AMAZING dentist!

Everyone at Dr. Petroff's office is friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Petroff is very knowledgable about many procedures and truly cares about each patient's dental health. I've been coming to see Dr. Petroff since she opened and have been bringing my children to see her since they were od enough to come. She's equally good with both children and adults! A great experience every time!

I haven't had Dr. Petroff as my dentist for too long, but she makes it seem like we have known each other forever. She is very personable and always makes an effort to remember important things about each of her patients. Along with that, she is also surrounded by an awesome staff of fabulous women. Every single person who works in that office always has a smile on her face and when speaking with you acts as if you are the most important person on the planet. Going to the dentist is not always the most pleasant of experiences but I can honestly say I do not mind it because I'm always excited to talk with Denise and Georgie and Amy :)

Not only do they have a great staff, but I always love the look and feel of the office. It is bright, modern, and fun and does not give you the feeling of a "dentist's office" at all. I think their purple theme is totally awesome and very inviting. I also love that there is a TV in every room and the second you sit down they are handing you the remote so you can pick your own channel.

Lastly I will talk about the efficiency of the front desk. I do not believe there is any problem, be it insurance, payment, timing, etc. that Denise cannot solve. She knows everything there is to know about every insurance company out there and I'm pretty sure she can answer your questions better then the company's reps can most of the time. And she does it all with a big smile on her face!

Dr. Petroff and her team are great! They are compassionate and kind when I'm nervous about getting work done. Dr. Petroff always spends extra time with me to make sure I'm comfortable before she starts any work. I Always have more than a positive experience at Dr. P's, which has never been the case at the dentist before. Adittionally, Dr. P did my invisilign and whitining before my wedding. She worked in my timeline and i couldnt be happier with how my smile turned out! My husbnd and I both love all the ladies t dr. Petroff's office!

By far the best dental experience Ive ever had. The entire staff was very professional and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and very well taken care of. The office was clean and organized. Dr. Petroffs office is everything and more than you would want from a dental provided. I would reccomend this office to everyone and I look forward to continuing my dental care here.

I love my dentist and her fabulous staff! Incredibly enough I always look forward to my appointment because they do such a wonderful and professional job of taking care of me and my chompers all the while being fun, approachable and willing to answer any questions I might have. I could not recommend them more highly! Heather and crew are absolutely awesome!
