Dr. Buckler and staff are GREAT. They are very kind and sweet and explain every detail to you. My kids are deathly scared of dentist due to a bad experience in the past and my kids love him and his staff. I recommend this dentist over any other one he is wonderful and his staff is as well and they really listen to what you have to say... like I said I recommend First Capital Dental they are wonderful with kids and they accept CareSource.

I was lucky enough to be their last new patient for the month, and I'm very thankful for these folks as I have been going through a severe amount of dental pain. The staff are all very friendly and understanding, and the nice lady that took me to my appointment listened carefully and acted quickly to get my concerns to the doctor. I got what I needed at this moment to relieve the immediate issues, and a referral to a specialist for further work. I actually like this place a lot more than Family Dental one block over.

We finally found our home dentist! I have tried many dentist that were rude and/or rough leaving me feeling fearful and anxious before and during every visit. Dr. Adam Buckler and his amazing staff had changed all of that! Dr. Adam presents every option you have and throughly explains each procedure. He took 30 mins out of his day to talk to my daughter about OSU football, calming her down before her procedure. Now even after shots and a filling- she isn’t scared to go back and neither am I! From the first phone call with sweet Lela, she worked quickly to get us all scheduled within a week, explained everything that would happen, everything we needed and how to get there. Each staff was caring and courteous, making us feel at home. For your next dental service call Dr. Adam and his staff!

We have many options in Columbus, but First Capital Dental's friendliness, professionalism, care and communication separate them from the rest and make what is often a painful process (both financially and physically) much more tolerable.
