I really liked the friendliness of the office and the Dentist that took care of me was amazing 👏 I was in extreme tooth pain and he made sure I left on comfort and was really good with making sure I understood the issue and explaining the x-ray...only downside was they are currently in between hygienists so teeth cleaning isn't available...

I’ve gone to this practice for many years and I’m extremely happy here! Dr. Shapiro is bar none in dentistry. There is no better dentist in caring for my teeth. He always friendly, gentle, very experienced and never plans for me to spend loads of $ to keep my beautiful, healthy smile. Several of my family members go here, too.

I've been going there for years, and always had great service. I use to take my daughter to a pediatric dentist, well when her dentist retired and sold his practice. I didn't particularly like the new unprofessional staff. So I took my daughter to Cleveland heights dental. Well they were so nice to my daughter and I, I was happy when we left and they will have us as a client for life.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shapiro and this office location for years. I’ve never had a problem with anything until recently! Literally today I have an appointment at 10:30am never received a call or text prior saying their office will be closed or nothing hinting to the fact that nobody will be here. I showed up and miraculously the door is locked; I was only scheduled for a dental exam. Very unprofessional on their part! My appointment was scheduled on the phone through the receptionist. I can almost guarantee someone will call and say “my appointment was never in their schedule/system” to excuse the behavior. I’m extremely disappointed as I drove far to come get my teeth checked. Dr Shapiro please disassociate your name from this office!
