Advanced Dental Care Center: Kahwach Sam DDS

Dr. Sam and his staff and extremely friendly. We drive all the way from Dublin because of the wonderful treatment we got. They call 2 weeks before to remind us. We highly recommend Dr. Sam and his staff.

I have been with Dr. Kahwach since I moved to New Albany six years ago. The office staff are extremely friendly amd helpful. Dr. Kahwach is an exceptional dentist, he takes his time to discuss in details treatment options and gives his honest recommendations. The office and equipment are very clean and state of the art. I give Dr. Kahwash and staff 5 star rating without hesitation

I can't say enough about the super staff and Dr. Sam! I came into the office a couple of weeks ago with a dental emergency. The staff were so kind and accommodating and Dr. Sam was wonderful, caring, and patient.

6 years ago I chipped both my front teeth playing basketball. I’ve been to 2 different dentists who put crappy temporary fillings that broke off all the time along with a discolored crown that didn’t fit my smile and left gaps that were never there before while they explained how it was “next to impossible to make the front cap match.”
Dr. Sam not only got me a better (non see through) color but he also filled the gaps between my teeth without having to add any fillings and the crowns look 100% authentic and high quality.
Office is also extremely nice - massage chairs, tv’s and anything else you could want.

Dr Sam and the everyone at Advanced Dental Care is awesome, caring, and professional. The office is 30 minutes away from where I live/work but I still go here because of the special service.

Although I rely quite a bit on other's rating of a product or service, I am very bad at giving ratings. I think however that this deserves every bit of my time. First how many people have their Dentist's cell number. I first came to Advanced Dental Care center over 5 years ago when I was struggling with a crown another dentist could not get to seat right after 5 tries. It took Dr. Sam a single session {both temporary fitting and the permanent fitting} to get it right. Several years later, I struggled with an acute pain on the left side of my head. I saw a neurologist who diagnosed the pain as possible trigeminal neuralgia. I would take nerve pain meds to keep the pain down. Went through all kinds of brain scans. This went on for over two years with me ending up twice in the emergency room for the pain- which were both bad ideas because in both cases it took about 3.5hours for me to get seen by a doctor while I languished waiting in pain to end up getting the same nerve pain meds. Because the pain sometime showed around an area where a root canal had been performed, I mentioned this to Dr. Sam who personally called the Dentist that had performed the root canal over 5 years earlier to take a second look at it in the event there had been something missed. Because the Dr. Sam made that call personally to the other Dentist and explained to him what was going on, I ended up getting a Cadillac treatment when I went to see the said Dentist. He concluded that everything had been done right and never charged me for the visit. The problem persisted with the pain when I went too long without the nerve meds. Dr. Sam called me in, did a panoramic xray and noticed that my left sinus significantly different from my right and wondered if this could be a contributing factor or something else that may worsen over time. At the same facility where ADCC is located is an ENT doctor whom Dr. Sam personally went over and talked to about my situation, texted me a copy of the Panoramic film and I scheduled time with the ENT doc for further evaluation. I went through a visit and another scan with this doc and it was concluded all was fine with my sinuses and that at the time the Panoramic xray was taken, I would have been suffering from a cold and congestion which caused the variance - swellings and mucus..Meanwhile, Dr. Sam insisted I came back for he had noticed that my wisdom teeth may have been the culprit all along for I had a little bit of pain around it. I am not one to fix anything that is not broken like a wisdom tooth. I trusted this theory equally because I had been through a previous wisdom tooth pain and later extraction and did not want to go through another wisdom tooth ache again. This time however, as I said on the dentist chair, voila - it was done before I even knew it - literally no pain! Its been about a year plus since that tooth extraction that I have not had any possible trigeminal nerve issues - besides it never was a trigeminal never issue and I am now thinking it had always been a nerve issue - a result of the wisdom tooth growing in the wrong direction but not causing tooth ache but rather an acute pain on my either left side of the head. Dr. Sam went far beyond his mandate to ensure that I got the medical attention I needed. I would recommend Doc Sam with no hesitation. My entire family now goes there! (I hate proof reading)

Very friendly staff. They were able to get me squeezed in and get my tooth fixed just in time for my meeting! So thank you to the whole team for making this experience very seamless and easy!
