Grandview Dental Care

Great 6-month check-up and cleaning today at Grandview Dental Care with Alexa and Dr. Max! They truly care about their patients and it shows! I really appreciate all of the precautions they are taking to keep their patients and themselves safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, including but not limited to: using separate entrances for each patient, checking temperatures and providing hand sanitizer, and staff and doctors wearing masks, face shields, gowns and gloves while conducting the appointments. Despite these extra precautions, the appointment was conducted in the same efficient, professional and friendly manner as I have come to expect from GDC. I highly recommend GDC to anyone in need of outstanding dental care for themselves and their families!

Every visit I have at Grandview Dental is great. I have been going there for 9 years now and now I take my 4-year-old there for her checkups. Kay is wonderful and always remembers us. I never feel like just another patient. I would recommend Grandview Dental to anyone.

Dr. Grosel (“Dr. Max”) and the Grandview Dental Care staff were amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating, and their work was great. I had a dental emergency after knocking out a front tooth just as I was to leave town for the summer. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule and Dr. Max went out of his way to get his lab to expedite getting a replacement tooth formed and to us much faster than normal. Dr. Max set me up with a temporary tooth while we waited for the permanent tooth. He gave me his cell phone number and said it would be no problem for him to come into the office over the holiday weekend in the event I had any problems with the temporary.

Grandview Dental’s office is a safe and comfortable environment and the entire staff is outgoing and very friendly. The pricing is reasonable and the work they did was fantastic! I will be making Dr. Max Grosel and Grandview Dental Care my full-time dentist.

Everyone here is super warm and friendly. Dr. Chitkara, Amanda, Fay and the group have been incredible with all the treatments I've had done so far. Weird to say this about going to a dentist but I always have a smile on my slightly swollen face when I leave.

I have always had a fear of dentists. And I had a horrible experience and an Aspen Dental in Florida which made it even worse! Needless to say I was very leery or going back to any dentist. I went to Grandview Dental today, and the experience was wonderful! They were so kind and patient. They explained everything they were doing beforehand. Just let me say I will never go anywhere else they made the whole dental experience a completely new experience for me! They are all great!

Being new to the Columbus area I was skeptical on selecting a new dentist because I did not have any recommendations. After finding Grandview Dental Care's website, they made it extremely easy to get an appointment and worked with my schedule. All the paperwork is online. Therefore, I did not have to wait to fill out paperwork upon arriving. I waited less than 5 minutes for my appointment and was done quickly. I felt like they valued my time by their efficiency, kindness, and up-to-date technology. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Grandview Dental always has an amazing, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere. Each cleaning, check up, or procedure is done with professionalism and compassion. My son enjoys his visits as well and gets a lockout of the selfies at the end. It has been a pleasure working with this amazing team. Looking forward to years of service, laughter and memories. I was told for TWO YEARS from two separate dentist's that my molars were so far gone I would have to have dental implants. The cost kept me from having them done. On the third year I went to Grandview Dental, who referred me to have root canals done, and then Grandview Dental did the crowns and fillings and what not. GD saved me a small fortune, I did NOT need implants, and their work is A++. The staff is fantastic as well, kind, caring and personable. Always on time, too. I can not recommend this office enough!!

Grandview Dental Care are an example of what a great dentist should be. They're very professional, and explain any problems or procedures you may need.

I really am nervous about the dentist but I do my due diligence and go every 6 months. Grandview Dwntal has been really accommodating to my concern and I have a fantastic dental hygienist that treats me very well and with patience and kindness.
